Love is Blind Argentina is the latest addition to the popular reality dating franchise where singles seek love without ever seeing each other. Following the success of Love is Blind Mexico, Argentina is now the second Latin American country to bring this unique dating experiment to audiences, premiering on November 6, 2024.
Hosted by Argentine celebrities Wanda Nara and Darío Barassi, Love is Blind Argentina has sparked questions about the hosts' relationship. However, despite their chemistry on screen, Wanda and Darío are not dating.

Love is Blind Argentina's casting choice is a break from tradition as most of the other versions have married couples as hosts. For example, Love is Blind in the U.S. is hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, while Brazil’s version is hosted by actors Camila Queiroz and Klebber Toledo. Moreover, Khaled Saqer and Elham Ali serve as hosts for Love is Blind Habibi.
Wanda Nara’s relationship status
Wanda Nara was initially married to Maxi López, a former Argentine footballer, from 2008 to 2013. The marriage ended in a divorce, as The Sun reported that López accused Nara of infidelity, while Nara claimed López was unfaithful. The couple shares three sons: Valentino, Constantino, and Benedicto.
Following her divorce, Nara began dating Mauro Icardi, a friend of López and a fellow footballer. Nara and Icardi married in 2014, attracting attention due to Icardi’s friendship with López. According to The Guardian, Nara and Icardi’s relationship is often termed as the “Wanda Derby” by international media. They have two daughters together, Francesca and Isabella.

Darío Barassi married Lucía Gómez Centurió in 2015, and the couple shares two daughters, Emi and Ini, born in 2019 and 2022, respectively. Barassi is active on social media, frequently sharing moments with his family.
In an Instagram post uploaded on October 30, he shared a touching picture with his daughters. The caption read:
