Love is Blind Mexico episode 2: Rocio clashes with the female cast

Love Is Blind Mexico premiered on Netflix on Thursday, August 1, 2024, and released its first batch of 4 episodes. Episode 1 welcomes the cast comprising a bunch of single men and women into this social experiment, where they communicate with each other through pods. The format does not allow the participants to meet each other in person before they get engaged via pod only.

Episode 1 witnessed Fernando connecting with two female members, Irais, and Rocio. The matter slipped out of the hands when Irais after coming back from her meeting with Fernando told Rocio that they were going to get married. As Rocio was also talking to Fernando, she confronted him about the same, which created some confusion and misunderstanding.

In episode 2 another female cast, Silvia, seemed upset with Rocio, claiming "that she went too far with Irais."

The official synopsis of episode 2, Love. and Betrayal reads:

"All the singles open up and form deeper connections, some dreams are shattered while others come true. The first couple decides to tie the knot."

Love Is Blind Mexico episodes 5-8 will be released next Thursday, August 8, 2024. The last two episodes will be released on August 15, 2024. The season has also scheduled a reunion on August 18, 2024.

Rocio vs other female cast from Love Is Blind Mexico

Episode 2 of Love Is Blind Mexico opened with Fernanda and Gerardo finally meeting and getting engaged. The focus instantly shifted to other female cast members walking in toward Rocio, and pointing that she went too far with Irais.

Rocio, on the other hand, felt that it was Irais who was stretching the matter and making a big deal out of it. She said in a confessional:

"Irais put on a show for girls, she made a huge scene. I don't know what she told them, but we are not in high school anymore. I mean, come on."

The girls seemed disappointed by Rocio's behavior towards Irais and claimed that they all had been good to each other except Rocio. Rocio listened to them and responded:

"I hear you, but I think you've only heard one version. Actually, I don't even know what you've heard. I don't know what you know."

Leti, one of the cast members shared in a confessional that in this experiment, where people are allowed to bond with multiple people, it is important for the cast members to be transparent and told the truth. Rocio seemed intimidated by all the girls and responded that she was here to find true love, and other girls should focus on that too, instead of taking sides.

The conversation ends with Irais claiming that she does not trust Rocio anymore, and Rocio feels completely okay with it.

What happened to Fernando and Rocio in Love Is Blind Mexico episode 2

After the feud with the girls, Rocio decided to not go for Fernando, who was already talking to Irais and Karen. In episode 2, Fernando seemed to connect well with Karen but put forward his likeness for Irais too. Fernando believed that they are allowed to connect with multiple people in this show and that is how this works.

Fernando was torn between Irais and Karen in the end, and despite having many similarities with Irais, he chose Karen in the end. Karen and Fernando finally got engaged at the end of episode 2 Love Is Blind Mexico.
