Love is Blind Mexico episodes 5 to 8: Release date, what to expect, and more

Netflix is set to release Love is Blind Mexico episodes 5 to 8 on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Fans who have already watched the first four episodes of the popular dating show will soon learn more about what happened with the engaged couples. By the end of the fourth episode, Love is Blind Mexico saw five couples who found their connection and agreed to get married.

Engaged couples include Silvia Delgado and Chema Rivera, Fernanda Riva Palacio and Gerardo Zapiain, Francesca Oettler and Willy Salomón, Leti Floresmeyer and Saul Reyes, and Karen Torales and Fernando Hernández. While the other couples seem to have found a well-established connection with their respective partners, Leti and Saul still had a few differences.

Upcoming episodes will soon reveal what happened with them and their engagement. The preview showed a few exciting glimpses of what will happen in the upcoming Love is Blind Mexico episodes 5 to 8. The couples went to their homes and then met each other’s families. It would be crucial for the engaged participants to see how their partner’s families accept their relationship and decide whether to move forward.

Love is Blind Mexico - Leti and Saul yet to sort out their differences

Netflix premiered Love is Blind Mexico’s debut season on August 1, 2024, and introduced various individuals from different backgrounds and professions to the show. They all came to the show in search of their potential love connection.

Throughout various blind dates and long discussions from separate pods, 10 participants found their love.

The upcoming episodes’ preview features some exciting yet shocking revelations for the engaged couples. Leti shares in the confessional that she felt a lot of pressure to make things work. She said she doesn’t think she can make it work, while making a wall of pillows in the bed between Saul and herself at night.

The show's fourth episode also showed that both Leti and Saul have been unable to connect and be physically comfortable. While the rest of the couple enjoyed their dates and casually showed affection through hugs and kisses, Leti and Saul were uncomfortable.

Fernanda and Gerardo are quite happy, while the other couples visit their homes.

Silvia shared in the preview:

"Next phase, here we come. This is the make-or-break moment of this whole thing, because we just met, and already we’re living together."

She was then seen sitting alongside her connection, Chema, who was looking at her phone while she kept saying, “Don’t look.” Another clip showed Silvia and Chema having issues. Silvia told Chema that he told her in the pods that he was organized; but he kept leaving “everything lying around.”

Further in the preview, Fernanda and Gerardo were seen unpacking their bags, and Gerardo, showing his packed belongings inside the suitcase, said, “Nice and organized.”

"There are going to be things about each other that we may not love," Fernanda shared in the confessional.

Love is Blind Mexico - What will their families think?

The preview show featured the couples meeting their and their partner’s family members and introducing their respective partners.

One of the member’s family members shared:

"He’s the love of my mom, but if you love him, then I love you."

Chema’s mother/ relative was seen talking about his partner, Silvia, a plus-sized model. The relative said, “She’s a model, but shouldn’t she have a more serious profession?” This could create issues between the couple.

The preview also featured some participants in their wedding dresses, ready to get married.

In one of the clips, Francesca’s partner, Willy, shared:

"When I got the exact date of the wedding, I panicked."

Fernanda and Gerardo were talking with someone, while the former shared with the family member, “Yes, and at the end, he was choosing between two Maria Fernandas," referring to Gerardo choosing between Mafer and Fernanda.

Saul and Leti might have resolved their differences, as they are seen on a private romantic date in the preview.

Things will stir up even more in the season's upcoming episodes, as the preview also showcased the return of old participants, who matched with some of the participants but didn’t get chosen.

When Mafer entered, some of the couples cheered for her while Gerardo could be seen shocked. It is because he chose Fernanda over Mafer in the previous episodes. Seeing Irais returning, Karen, who is engaged to Fernando, can be seen as not-so-happy, as Irais is one of the participants Fernando had a good connection with.
