Season 7 of the unique experimental dating reality show Love Is Blind premiered on Netflix on October 6, 2024. The first batch of 1- 6 episodes was introductory, where singles dated through special pods and had a Mexican honeymoon, whereas 7-9 episodes released on October 9 showcased the couples' struggles.
The tension heightens between the couples as they try to deepen their connections, meet each other's parents, deciding if they want to tie the knot while dealing with second thoughts.

The transition from an exciting new couple’s journey to tension in the relationship is showcased in the 7-9 episodes, as the couples enter into more serious dynamics of the relationship.
1. Honeymoon in Mexico
Episode 7 of Love Is Blind starts with couples having fun on their Mexican vacation when some tension arises between the couples as Monica confronts Stephen because she feels that he is not matching his words with his actions. Stephen explains his poor upbringing and that he cannot afford gifts for her, Monica reassures him by asking to slow down in their relationship.
On the other side, Marissa and Ramses open up to each other while enjoying a yacht trip. Later the couple sat down to talk about Marissa joining religion after the Navy and Rameses’s feelings about the military and American policies.
The third couple Tim and Alexandra try to solve their issues by communicating. Tim was willing to give some time to their relationship as Alexandra was open to his thought process.
2. Meeting the parents
In episode 7, Taylor visits Garrett’s house and meets the whole family. Taylor is willing to do anything to work out their relationship because it is important for Garrett to stay in her life.
Episode 8 of Love Is Blind showcases six couples meeting their parents and five of them getting the blessings of their parents. Nick confesses to living with his parents, and then Hannah asks him to move in with her after the wedding, Nick’s parents love Hannah.
Tim is successful in impressing Alexandra’s family. Tim reads out the proposal letter that he wrote in pods for Alexandra and gets blessings from the family.
Tayler moved Ashley's father by saying that he wanted to share everything with her, Tayler gets the approval of Ashley’s father.
3. Infidelity, doubts, and second thoughts
At the end of episode eight, it is revealed that Stephen had been sending sexual messages to another woman which breaks Monica's heart and leads her to question everything about their relationship, Stephen tries to take accountability for his actions but the couple ends up parting ways.
Hannah learns that Nick’s finances are still being handled by his parents. She then dwells in doubts about the future of their relationship because of his immaturity.
In episode 9 of Love Is Blind, Marrissa doubts her decision to get married. Marissa’s mom doesn’t seem to favor their marriage. She questioned Ramses’s dressing sense, his degree, and his job. She even suggested getting Ramses to sign a prenup.
Ashley gets hurt because of Tyler’s revelation of having three kids who were conceived via sperm donation. She demands some space away from him.
The upcoming episodes of Love Is Blind season 7 will be released on Wednesday, October 16 (Episodes 10, 11, and 12), and the final episode on October 23 only on Netflix.
