What happened in Episode 11 of Love is Blind Season 7?
The episode started with a heated altercation between Hannah and Nick. The female cast member was furious by Nick's flirtatious behavior with co-star Katie at the reunion party. Hannah was upset that Nick had a "40-minute conversation" with her best friend, reminiscing about their connection in the pods.
However, Nick insisted they had an innocent conversation and that Hannah had nothing to feel insecure about.
"If I can't have a conversation with one of your best friends, I guess you just don't trust us then," he said.
The Love is Blind star added that he had a "meaningless conversation," convincing Hannah not to worry about it. Meanwhile, Taylor opened up about the aftermath of Garrett receiving a text from his ex. She admitted his "friendly" reaction irked her, making her feel like "sh*t." Despite that, she was hopeful about their relationship and excited for Garrett to meet her mother.
In another scene, Ashley reassured Tyler that she was ready to overlook his donations at the sperm bank. The Love is Blind star stated that Tyler was "worth the reward" and she was looking forward to getting married to him. Meanwhile, Ramses and Marissa signed the marriage license certificate.
With eight days left until the wedding, Nick met with Hannah's friends. They questioned him about his intentions with Hannah and why he participated in the experiment. When Hannah expressed her reservations about Nick, her friends urged him to go the extra mile to prove how invested he was in the relationship. It led Hannah to suspect Nick's commitment.
Later, Hannah confided in her mother about Nick, claiming she was "teaching him how to love." Although she felt they were incompatible in many ways, she could not repress her feelings for him.
Soon, the couples began shopping for wedding dresses. However, the female cast members noticed Hannah and Nick were absent from the event. The ladies were joined by their respective mothers and host Vanessa Lachey. Together they discussed their daughters' relationships and their first impression of their would-be sons-in-law.
On the other hand, host Nick Lachey guided the male cast members in choosing their wedding suits. Ashley was the first to try on the dresses. Her entourage cheered for her, making Ashley emotional.
Ramses admitted to his friend, that he was not "the best husband" in his first marriage. However, he intended to change his ways with Marissa. Meanwhile, Marissa got emotional about finalizing her wedding dress, eager to tie the knot with her "perfect match."
While speaking to the cameras, Taylor confessed that her mother, Fong, had tailored every outfit she wore on special occasions. Consequently, her approval mattered the most to the Love is Blind star. When mother and daughter agreed on a dress, Taylor said:
"The dress is beautiful but having you here and doing this is all I care about."
While the three couples looked forward to getting married, Nick and Hannah clashed over responsibilities. Hannah felt Nick was not being "open and honest" and worried too much about his image in front of others. Suspicious of his intentions, the Love is Blind star called off their marriage.
During a private conversation with Ramses, Marissa confessed she wanted their marriage to last and not go "straight to divorce." While she wanted Ramses to be more proactive about their marriage, Ramses wished to focus more on consolidating their relationship. Later, he apologized for making Marissa "handle everything."
In the meantime, Tyler and Ashley went sky-diving. Although scared, they were thrilled by the experience. The Love is Blind couple went on a romantic date after that, where they discussed their future together and the possibility of having children.
Taylor and Garrett enjoyed a date in an art gallery, where they conversed about their impending marriage. Later, Ramses admitted he felt overwhelmed by everything in a one-on-one conversation with Marissa. While Marissa felt outsiders were influencing his decision, Ramses insisted that "falling in love is a risk." Despite Marissa's attempts to change his perspective, Ramses remained on the fence about moving ahead with their marriage.
Love is Blind Season 7 finale is set to be released on October 23, 2024, exclusively on Netflix.
