On Love is Blind season 7 episode 6, Nick asked Hannah why she made the list seemingly being "cocky" and "disrespectful" towards her. Nick admitted that seeing the list made him doubt whether Hannah wanted to continue their relationship or end it, he told her:

"I literally walked in and saw those ten bullet points you wrote about me. I'm like, 'Oh My God, she's about to end it right now.'"

In response to Nick's statements, Hannah reassured him that she loved him and was willing to put in the effort to make their relationship work. Referring to Nick being "touchy" with an older woman on the beach, Hannah stated she was upset that he was "giggling."
