Love Is Blind UK brought the hit reality show's unique approach to love and relationships. The first episode of Love Is Blind UK concluded with an unforgettable moment: Steven’s proposal to Sabrina. From the beginning, it was pretty clear that Steven and Sabrina shared a deep connection. From meditation to gratitude journals, they had a lot of common things between them.
Despite the fact that they had never met each other in person, they developed a strong bond. He made the decision to propose to her and did it through a poem. He asked her to read the first line of the poem and she did it. The poem's first line read:
"You stole my mind; now my heart too."
After this, he continued to recite the entire poem. He confessed about being in love with her and asked her hand for the wedding. She got emotional and said yes to his question. They met in person and loved their first encounter. Steven got on one knee again and made it official with a ring.
2) Demi’s surprise for Ollie’s Birthday: A heartfelt gesture in Love is Blind UK
In episode 2 of Love Is Blind UK, Demi planned a surprise for Ollie's birthday. As the couples were still getting to know each other through the pods, Demi wanted to make Ollie’s birthday memorable. She decorated the space with balloons and brought in a lemon cake. She added a personal touch with rose quartz, a crystal of love, and a personalized birthday card.
In the card, she drew all the things he liked, including cocktails, boxing gloves, and a wifi symbol. Seeing all this, Ollie got emotional and became more sure of his genuine feelings for her.
3) The couples romantic honeymoon in Greece in Love is Blind UK
After the proposals and the initial meetings, the six engaged couples were sent away to a romantic honeymoon in Corfu, Greece. The beautiful Greek landscape served as the perfect place for the couples to understand their partners better in real life.
After their first night together on the honeymoon, Jasmine mentioned that Bobby snored, but she felt she would eventually get used to it. Similarly, Demi shared her experience and noted that Ollie took up most of the bed; however, she found herself actually liking it in the end. In this way, the couples got to understand each other's behavior, sleeping habits, food habits, and everything else.
As they explored their new realities, future episodes of Love Is Blind UK would test the bonds they formed in the pods.
