Love is Blind UK season 1 episode 12 titled The Reunion was released on Netflix on August 26, 2024 at 4 pm ET. Previously, the finale (aired on August 21) gave insights into each couple's relationship and whether they said yes at the wedding altar. Contestants formed strong connections in the pods and attempted to maintain their bond in the real world.
After meeting face to face and returning to their lives, most couples struggled to be on the same page. As the season was originally filmed a year ago, the couples got the chance to reflect on their journey on the show after watching a total of eleven episodes. At the reunion, all participants gathered to give updates on their love life and where they stand with their partner currently.

What happened at the Love is Blind UK reunion?
In the Love is Blind UK reunion episode, the first couple to share their experience on the show were Ollie and Demi. When the show hosts asked Demi how she felt about her decision of saying no at the wedding altar, Demi said she was glad she could be honest with herself.
Ollie chimed in stating that they weren't right for each other and it was best they realized that sooner. Demi also expressed gratitude for how much appreciation the show fans were giving her.
Later, the Ollie-Catherine situation was also addressed referring to Catherine's confessional interview where she implied that Ollie and Demi's relationship might not work. Demi confronted Catherine that this behavior left a "distaste" in her mouth. The Love is Blind UK contestant clarified that she is not good with words and could've rephrased her sentences better. Catherine then apologized to Demi.
Next up were Steven and Sabrina who revealed that they weren't together anymore. This was one of the most surprising elements of the reunion and shocked the show hosts as well.
Sabrina opened up about how long distance was difficult for them and that she and Steven were struggling to effectively communicate with each other. Steven opened up about his financial struggles during the time they were married.
However, Sabrina implied that Steven wasn't putting in the same effort as she had invested in their relationship, to which he agreed. Another Love is Blind UK couple Maria and Tom sat down to discuss the main reason behind parting ways. Tom admitted that he could have chosen a better way to express his feelings and realized that he hurt Maria and her family with the comments he made.
Tom shared that watching the show highlighted his flaws, which he couldn't see while filming and allowed him to "reflect" and work on his personality. Meanwhile, Freddie and Catherine confessed that their "lifestyle differences" were one of the reasons they thought things might not have turned out well in the future if they were together.
Two married couples, Jasmine-Bobby and Nicole-Benaiah shared recaps of their first year. Sam also joined the cast briefly and apologized to Nicole about the lie during a heated conversation with Benaiah in one of the episodes.
