Love and Hip Hop: Miami season 6 episode 5 recap - Trina defends Swurv as Hawt Topic questions her relationship

Love and Hip Hop: Miami season 6 episode 5 was released on December 16, 2024. The episode, titled Breaking Points, focused on the clash between Hawt Topic and Trina. The two had an argument after Hawt Topic brought up Swurv's past and wondered why he was pulling Trina away from everyone else.

What happened on Love and Hip Hop: Miami season 6 episode 5?

On Love and Hip Hop: Miami Trina and Hawt Topic came face to face to discuss the topic Trina avoided at her dinner party. During her confessional interview, Trina told the cameras that she had no intention to get "into any issues with Hawt Topic" but added that there was always a time to address everything.

"I didn't want to get into any issues with Hawt Topic at my dinner party but tonight seems like a good night," the reality star said.

Hawt Topic told Trina that Swurv was pushing her away from everybody else. She noted that she and Trina were close until Swurv became part of the picture. The Love and Hip Hop: Miami cast member confronted Trina for "treating her like an outsider."

She said that ever since Trina and Swurv got together, she felt like Trina was "moving different," noting that they were closer before Swurv came into their lives.

"And he just wanted you to be away from everybody, you treat me like an outsider. what did I do to you?" Hawt Topic said.

Trina asked Hawt Topic why she was critical of Swurv and kept bringing up his past. According to Hawt Topic, Swurv should get a DNA test following his "alleged baby mama's" claims. She also shared that Swurv's ex wanted to meet and have a conversation with Trina. Upon hearing this Trina clarified she didn't want to meet anyone from Swurv's past.

During her confessional on Love and Hip Hop: Miami season 6 episode 5, Trina explained that she had no interest in bringing up Swurv's past again. Trina also stated that Hawt Topic should mind her own business rather than meddling in her life.

The Love and Hip Hop: Miami cast member said that she was "aware of this delusional woman," adding that she didn't matter. Trina said that Swurv could have dated a "hundred women" before her but claimed that he was now her husband and that was all that mattered.

"But now he is mine. My husband and that's all that matters. Hawt topic, she just needs to worry about all the sh*t she has going on, her own life," Trina said.

The episode concluded with Swurv asking Hawt Topic to not target him and not interfere in his and Trina's personal matters. The upcoming episodes will focus more on the conflict between Trina and Hawt Topic as tensions increase between the two cast members.
