The first episode of Love is Blind Brazil season 4 was released alongside 3 others, on Wednesday, June 19. It saw the very first proposal of the season when Evandro asked Ariela if she would marry him. After she said yes, they became the first couple to reveal themselves to each other.

Another pair that came close to becoming a couple was Marcia and André. They bonded over both of their children being on the autism spectrum and became a couple. But André soon realized he wasn't ready for a committed relationship and broke up with Marcia. Meanwhile, she said she wouldn't forgive him for leading her on.

What went down on Love is Blind Brazil season 4 episode 1?

The episode kicked off with the hosts Camila and Klebber addressing the new batch of ladies and gentlemen in their respective abodes on Love is Blind Brazil season 4. The hopeful romantics were then sent to the pods to make their very first connections.

The first participant to get covered talking to her matches was Ariela. Out of the bunch of guys she spoke to, the ones that stuck out the most to her were Alexandre and Evandro. She favored the former for the fact that he worked in the same field as Ariela, while the latter was favored because they connected well.

The second contestant to be shown was Marcia. She and André hit it off as soon as they got into the pods. When the topic of discussion went to their children, they discovered that both of their children were on the autism spectrum. They bonded over it and understood each other's concerns.

While, Ariela went back to talk to one of her favorite matches, Alexandre. She decided to confront him about a comment he made. He had said that one of the matches he liked sounded "fat", a remark which was conveyed to Ariela by another contestant in the ladies' room. Ariela was sensitive to the comment because she used to be overweight in the past.

Alexandre said he didn't say it. Back at the gents' room, Alexandre said he had some 15 drinks so he didn't remember anything. Ariela then moved to her next interest, Evandro.

The two of them had sparks flying in their second meet itself and saw each other on the third day too, where they spoke extensively about their families. They quickly went to the next level and Ariela even said that she had started to fall for him.

At their next meeting, Marcia and André spoke about their finances and bonded even more because they were on the same page. They then spoke about their families and lives before they came to Love is Blind Brazil.

Things got emotional between them on their fourth meeting, when André talked about the things he suffered in life. Marcia consoled him and asked if they were now a couple. André said yes they were.

Just when the viewers thought they already had their first couple of the season, André got cold feet. He thought he wasn't ready for such a big step and let Marcia go. Marcia said she won't be able to forgive André for leading her on.

The end of the episode of Love is Blind Brazil saw the first proposal of the season when Evandro went on one knee and asked Ariela if she would marry him. She immediately said yes.

Then was the time for them to see each other for the first time. As the doors opened, they walked towards each other and Ariela kissed him. Optimistic about their future, they walked back into their rooms.
