On Love Is Blind: Brazil season 4 episode 7, Renata and Alexandre Thomaz argued right before the dinner. Renata claimed her partner wasn't showing her affection or reassuring her enough. Meanwhile, Alex was annoyed at Renata finding things to argue about.

When his friends joined the newly engaged couple at the dinner, they told the cameras that Alex was a person who showed he cared about people through his actions, not with words.

Renata, on the other hand, expected that her soon-to-be husband should remind her he was in love with her and that he was sure of marrying her. Additionally, Alex was having second-thoughts so he was unable to reassure Renata.
