Love Is Blind made its debut on Netflix on February 14, 2024, and its finale aired on March 6, 2024, followed by a reunion episode on March 13, 2024. Season 6 followed the journey of several individuals as they attempted to find love without seeing their partners until engagement.
In this unique dating experiment, participants communicated in "pods," where physical appearance played no role in their connections. Love Is Blind then explored their relationship development outside of the pods, leading to a reunion episode where viewers discovered the outcome of these connections.
As of the reunion, only one couple from Love Is Blind season 6 remain together: Amy and Johnny. The couple continued to build their relationship and shared how they navigated the challenges of life after the show ended, during an interview with Tudum on Netflix on June 26, 2024.

Amy and Johnny
According to the cast bio released by Netflix before season 6 premiere, Amy mentioned that modern romance had left her feeling hopeless about finding love. The 28-year-old e-commerce specialist stated:
"I don’t go on dates. I literally work and hang out with my friends and family. I don’t have the patience for apps and feel like they’re super superficial.”
However, the Love Is Blind experiment changed everything for her. It helped her find a soulmate who not only shared her creative interests, such as playing the ukulele and singing karaoke but also connected well with her family and culture. Amy often joked that her partner would need to be her Instagram photographer, and her wish came true.
Meanwhile, Johnny's bio stated that the 28-year-old account executive had previously tried nearly every avenue (dating apps, blind dates, etc.) to find "the one." But he struggled to move beyond surface-level connections.
He shared that he had been drawn to independent women who stood on their own and hoped to find a partner who would join him in his adventurous hobbies like snowboarding and, eventually, flying a plane.
The only married couple in season 6
Amy and Johnny were the only couple who tied the knot in season 6. They recently expressed that their love constantly grew after their wedding. Johnny shared with Tudum by Netflix about his deepening affection for Amy, stating:
“When I look back at [the experiment], I love her so much more now than in the pods or when we were first married.”
Amy echoed his sentiments in the same interview, noting their growth as an individual and as a couple. An important milestone for them was moving in together, a decision marked by Johnny helping Amy break her lease so that they could start their new life together. She noted that their families played a significant role in solidifying their bond.
Amy added that her family is "obssessed" with Johnny, particularly her father and mentioned that her dad and husband call each other "all the time." Johnny even accompanied Amy's family members on a trip to France.
Similarly, Johnny highlighted that Amy also enjoyed spending the holidays with Johnny's loved ones, appreciating the sense of "community" they built together.
Conversations about the future
Amy and Johnny candidly discussed about starting a family. The couple shared that they consider having children in three to five years. Amy acknowledged in the interview that she is currently firm on not using birth control, a stance that she may change in the future. Johnny emphasized:
“We’re still young and our relationship is still young, too, so we want to make sure that's going to be growing and flourishing before we welcome a child into this world.”
Amy added that they continued the practice of open dialogue and daily check-ins, a habit they developed during the pods. This level of communication allowed them to navigate their marriage with respect and understanding.
