Love Island UK season 11 finale aired on July 29, 2024, at 9 p.m. (BST) in the UK and 4 p.m. (ET) in the US. The show was live-streamed on ITVX, and viewers who missed it could watch the finale on Hulu in the US at 3 a.m. (ET) on August 3.
Hosted by Maya Jama, the reality dating show Love Island UK concluded after eight weeks of drama and challenges. Only four couples made it to the finale: Jessica Spencer and Ayo Odukoya, Matilda Draper and Sean Stone, Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan, and Nicole Samuel and Ciaran Davies.
In the end, Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan were crowned as the winners of Love Island UK season 11. They are the first black couple to win Love Island. As the winners of this season, the couple took a £50,000 cash prize home, marking their place in the Love Island Hall of Fame.

Mimii Ngulube entered the villa with the hope of finding love, like any other contestant on the show. Throughout the season, she tried to make connections, and her ability to connect with others on a deeper level was appreciated by the audience.
Her relationship with Josh Oyinsan grew organically over time, as he was one of the later arrivals. The audience members who were in the finale episode applauded Josh's words for Mimii. He said to Maya:
“Yeah I came in quite late but I’m buzzing the way it went, I was happy to get to meet Mimii and I feel like I won already, to be honest.”
Josh became a fan favorite soon after his arrival. His ability to communicate openly and support Mimii through various challenges made the couple popular among the viewers. This ultimately led to them being crowned the winners of Love Island UK season 11.

Nicole Samuel and Ciaran Davies finished in second place. Their chemistry and connection were well appreciated by the fans. Ciaran revealed that he was really excited to be in the finale with Nicole. When Maya asked Nicole the same question, she replied:
“Oh over the moon, I never expected to be here, but to be here with Ciaran is even better.”
In third place, Matilda Draper and Sean Stone were announced by the host. Maya asked Sean which sweet he would compare the female cast of the show to, and he replied:
“Ooh, you’ve put me on the spot here. You’d have to be a jelly unicorn, one of a kind!”
Jessica Spencer and Ayo Odukoya finished in fourth place. Ayo, who had been in the show from the beginning, admitted that he was shocked to be in the finale. Jessica expressed that she was very grateful and happy to be with Ayo and to be a part of the finale.
Each couple brought something different to the villa, and in the end, everyone was happy to make it to the finale and be in the top four.
