1) Hannah Wright and Marco Donatelli
The winners of Love Island USA season 5, Hannah and Marco, are still going strong, according to their official Instagram handles. They walked away with a grand prize of $100,000 and the experience of a lifetime.
According to an exclusive published by People magazine on June 11, 2024, Hannah relocated to Florida to live with Marco after the show wrapped up. While enjoying the company of each other, they also co-parent a dog named Guiseppe.
Marco, fond of their living situation, says:
"The experience of moving in together has been surreal and enjoyable, especially during the holidays and birthdays."
The couple wishes to settle in Pittsburgh, where they dream of having kids and a family of their own. Claiming communication to be the key to a good relationship, the duo prioritizes fulfilling their duties toward each other. Meanwhile, Marco aims to flourish in his acting career, all while getting a degree to become a chiropractor.
2) Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo
Finishing fourth in Love Island USA season 5, Kenzo and Carmen might have fallen short of securing the title but have won at love. According to an exclusive People magazine released in June 2024, the pair wanted to be in each other's presence, so they relocated to Milwaukee in May 2024, where they currently live together in their own home.
After walking out of the show as a couple, Carmen focused on finishing her education while Kenzo juggled other life decisions. Throughout the process, they supported and helped each other progress in life. As excited as they are to binge-watch the upcoming season of Love Island, ambitious Carmen and Kenzo have big future plans.
"We both have a lot we want to achieve and a lot of places we want to see in our lives and we're just excited to be able to do it all together," Carmen says.
3) Taylor Smith and Carston "Bergie" Bergersen
From Casa Amor to the finale, it was love at first sight for the Love Island USA season 5 couple, Taylor and Bergie. As challenging as the journey was inside the villa, it did not get any easier since the couple is currently maintaining a long-distance relationship. Bergie gets candid in the exclusive published by People magazine:
" We Facetime at least two hours every day. We talk about our future together and what we appreciated and learned from our day. We are still continuing to learn more about one another and falling deeper in love every day."
When asked about celebrating their one-year anniversary together, Taylor said they are currently focusing on not spending extravagantly since Bergie is grappling with student loans for his physical therapy school.
With big plans for their future, Taylor, working in dermatology, wishes to delve into human resources, while Carsten intends to get his doctorate in physical therapy. The Love Island USA couple also wants to get married and have kids in the next six years.
