Love Island USA season 6 episode 16 aired on Friday, June 28, and showcases the aftermath of the argument between Liv and Leah. In the previous episode, aired June 27, Rob confronts Leah and questions her regarding her role in Andrea's elimination.

What happened in episode 16 of Love Island USA season 6?
The episode starts with Liv calling Leah a 'compulsive liar' while speaking with the other cast members. In her confessional, Leah shares her feelings about the entire fiasco. She said:
"I would have liked to explain the meaning behind some of the things that were mentioned but what's the point of trying to explain myself to someone who isn't even trying to hear it."
Liv confesses Leah is trying to win Rob back by twisting her words and denying the major part she played in Andrea's elimination. Elsewhere, Rob feels happy he discovered the true face of the 'manipulator' Leah.
In another scene, Nicole struggles to choose between Miguel and Kendall. Connor tries to bond with the newest Love Island USA 'bombshell' Cassidy. Meanwhile, Leah, feeling uncomfortable around Connor, sleeps in Soul Ties with JaNa.
Leah and Liv have a private conversation alongside Kaylor and Serena. they reflect on their argument and both, Leah and Liv, apologize for their emotional outburst.
Leah admits using the word 'back seat' to explain her role in Andrea's elimination caused the misunderstanding, while Liv confessed she should not have called her a compulsive liar. The women reconcile and decide to move on. Miguel chats with Connor and expresses his interest in pursuing Leah. He shares:

The Love Island USA male cast members are set for a challenge, Flex Appeal, where they must flaunt their muscles, make a protein shake, and drop a kettlebell on an islander's photo who best fits the statement given.
Connor reveals Kendall as the most arrogant man. Then, following the challenge, he takes a quick ice bath and picks Cassidy for a kiss.
Love Island USA 'bombshell' Kenny puts Miguel's name for the biggest poser and chooses to kiss JaNa. Rob gets picked as the least trustworthy islander by Kendall. He chooses Nicole to share his kiss with. Then Nigel marks Connor as the one with "no game," and kisses Liv.
Miguel takes Kenny's name when asked to select the member who he thinks came for clout. He finishes his round by kissing Nicole. Aaron drops the kettlebell on Kenny's photo when asked for the name of the guy who can steal his partner. Then he proceeds to kiss Kaylor.
Rob picks Kendall for the islander to be dumped next and shares his kiss with Cassidy. Kordell thinks Nigel is the biggest threat in the villa. He finishes his turn by kissing Serena. The female cast members pick Kordell as the one with the most flex appeal.
Later in the day, Nicole confesses her kiss with Kendall was better, while Cassidy reveals she was impressed by Rob's kiss. In a private conversation with Leah, Miguel admits she has his attention and they end their talk with a kiss.
During the recoupling at the end of the episode, Serena couples up with Kordell, his partner since day one. Kaylor couples up with Aaron, while Cassidy surprises everyone with her decision to pair with Rob.
Nicole decides to choose Kendall over Miguel. On the other hand, Liv chooses Nigel, and JaNa picks Kenny. Leah couples up with Miguel, leading to Connor's elimination. While Rob said:
"Connor and I are cursed with liking the same women, it really really sucked seeing me staying and him leaving."
