Love Island USA season 6 telecast its latest episode on Thursday, July 4. In the previous episode, which aired on Tuesday, July 2, the islanders, at the main villa and Casa Amor, participated in a challenge called "Raunchy Races." They picked one cast member they wanted to kiss, who best fit the prompts that came on their phones.
In that episode, viewers also saw Kordell and Daia getting closer to each other, sharing multiple intimate moments. Aaron kissed Daniela and confessed he was attracted to her. At the same time, Kaylor missed her partner, Aaron, whereas Serena worried Kordell might betray her.
In the latest episode, the ladies at the Love Island USA villa were sent clips from Casa Amor that showed Kordell and Aaron's intimate moments with Daia and Daniela respectively. Kaylor broke down while Serena tried to compose herself. It also featured a food challenge where islanders at both locations had to relay food from one person to the next using their mouths.

What happened in episode 21 of Love Island USA season 6?
The episode started with Leah and Serena discussing what they thought the men might be doing at Casa Amor. Feeling vulnerable about her relationship with Miguel, Leah mentioned that her Love Island USA partner "lives for this sh*t." Meanwhile, Serena tried to console her but seemed occupied, contemplating Kordell's activity at Casa Amor.
At Casa Amor, Kordell drew closer to Daia. They enjoyed their private conversation reflecting on their intimate moments together. He complimented her appearance and admitted she made him experience an array of emotions within two days. Hearing that, Daia appreciated him for "being open" and making her feel wanted.
"It's so... crazy, two days in. I'm feeling this girl and it's just like every little chat we have, it's good," said Kordell.
While speaking to the cameras, he confessed he was grateful for visiting Casa Amor. He admitted he tried to stop himself from exploring his connection with Daia since he carried Serena's ring with him but failed to resist the urge. At the same time, Daia confessed she could see herself dating her "short king Kordell" outside the villa.
In a chat with Kendall, Kordell revealed his feelings for Daia were growing. Kendall encouraged him to pursue the relationship as it would be a change from his slow-paced relationship with Serena.
"Daia brought this side of you, bro, and I'm obsessed with it bro because you are so excited. You're hyped off life in here," said Kendall.
In the morning, the Love Island USA islanders were asked to participate in a challenge to celebrate the Fourth of July. They appeared excited about it, however, the challenge left many islanders feeling nauseous. According to the memo, they had to pick up food items using only their mouths and relay it to the next person without involving their hands, "baby-bird style."
The challenge included food items like sausages covered in mustard and shredded pork. The cast members struggled to finish the task and said it was uncomfortable and made them feel unwell.
"I feel like it's proper weird because the Fourth of July is about fireworks and stuff, I thought anyway. I didn't think you Americans did all that weird sh*t. So, I'm never celebrating the Fourth of July. I'm gonna fly out of the country for that," said Aaron.
The episode also featured Rob bonding with Sydney, while Sierra and Miguel consolidated their connection. JaNa was caught between Jacobi and Josiah since both men wanted to chat with her privately to establish their feelings.
Toward the end of the episode, the female cast members at the Love Island USA villa received a text that contained a video clip from Casa Amor. All gathered around Kaylor, who played the video to see Kordell and Daia's intimate moments.
It was quickly followed by Aaron's conversation with Daniela where he admitted he wanted to kiss her. However, the video was cut off right before the duo kissed, leaving Kaylor suspicious. Kaylor burst into tears, while Liv and Nicole tried to console her.
"You showed me your true colors, Aaron. You really... showed me you true colors," said Kaylor.
Taken aback by Aaron's interest in another woman, Kaylor felt "blindsided." Meanwhile, Serena shared with Leah that she had encountered untrustworthy men in her past, and because of that she hesitated to open up to Kordell. The Love Island USA cast member maintained a calm exterior, resisting the urge to cry.
However, she broke down during her confessional as she regretted trusting Kordell.
"I don't know, like, I just feel so stupid. I feel dumb and I can't let it happen again," said Serena.
In the preview of the next episode, viewers saw the men return to the main villa to face the ladies. They were joined by host Ariana Madix who would conduct the recoupling ceremony.
