The situation started with Bri and Ellie both managing laundry and yet, clothes going missing continuously.
During the latest episode of Below Deck Mediterranean, Bri, the steward on deck, seemed to be quite irritated by the whole “laundry situation." This was because every time Bri came to the laundry room, she found things being misplaced and the laundry moved without her knowledge.
Frustrated with the situation, Bri shared:
"I can’t deal with this anymore. It’s literally making me feel crazy."

During Below Deck Mediterranean episode 10, Bri, the steward on deck, returned to the laundry room and started talking to herself. After she saw the messy laundry room, she said:

Earlier, when she had laundry issues with one of her fellow crew members, Ellie, Bri made a list of all the laundry in a book, to be able to keep track of everything. As she tallied the list, she realized that the laundry had been tampered with.
"I can make a list, and I can write it down, but then I’d come back, and everything would be different. Did I do that? Or would it be Ellie? I’m really starting to think that Ellie is sabotaging me," she shared in the confessional.
Bri then went to Ellie, who was on the deck, and told her that she wasn't trying to be rude, but asked her to not move the laundry in the future. Ellie apologized to her and agreed to her request.
Laundry situation: Disagreements between Bri and Aesha
Bri went to Aesha, the chief stew, and told her about the request to Ellie. Bri also said that she would take full responsibility for doing laundry because she couldn’t handle the mismanagement anymore.
Aesha disagreed with Bri’s decision and told her that she couldn’t have it that way. However, Bri insisted that she didn’t want Ellie to “touch the laundry.”
Aesha told Bri that it was not about what she wanted and added that she (Aesha) was the one running the boat. She also told Bri that they had three girls, including Ellie, Bri, and Gael, who should be doing a four-person job.
So, if Bri was on break and Ellie had some spare time, Aesha would not stop her from doing laundry because that would mean wasting her time. The chief stew also added that it was nothing personal and Bri headed back to her laundry duties thereafter.
