The Circle season 7 introduced viewers to the alliances that were made in the first four episodes. In this social media competition, contestants must increase their likability to be voted as the top influencer. This power enables the chosen participant to block one of the players and send them home.
During this game of strategy, cast members betray and backstab to reach one step forward towards the $100,000 grand prize. In episode 4, one of the players, Savannah, was sent home after Kevin and Gianna decided to block her. Savannah was Kevin's alliance, and Kevin switching sides felt deliberate to the remaining contestants.
When it was time to explain their decision, the group chat conversation got heated. Additionally, Rachel took Gianna's side, and Andy sided with Kevin's. The division among contestants became more visible when Gianna invited Garret to the trio alliance, and Madelyn reached out to Kevin to ally with him.

Referring to the two major groupings, The Circle contestant Jadejha talked to Darian about sticking up for one another. She proposed a plan to stay in the game till the finale:
"Looks like I picked the right person to be my king. In the midst of all the drama, I still want it to be me and you on the throne in the end."

Jadejha and Darian's conversation on The Circle season 7, episode 4
On The Circle season 7, episode 4, Jadejha invited Darian for a private conversation to see who his alliances were. Darian implied he didn't want to be part of the drama as everyone was acting like middle school students. Jadejha was glad to hear that Darian didn't want to take part in this "immaturity."
Darian told the cameras that Kevin's alliance was important to him, but he wanted Jadejha as his "priority." In his text, he mentioned:
"I wouldn't want to make it to the end without anyone else. You are my priority and I think we can go all the way."
The Circle cast member Jadejha was satisfied with their conversation and was glad that Darian was putting her above his boys, including Kevin. She admitted to prioritizing his alliance over the girl's alliance.
"I feel really really good about the chat. He really is putting me above his boys, which is good because I'm putting you over my girls cause I don't know what the hell they got going on right now," she said.
The two then talked about their families. Jadejha and Darian are the eldest of their siblings, and this is one of the things they have in common. Jadejha felt connected to the middle school teacher and could sense that their alliance was strong and that he could be trusted.
"Let's make it to the finale. Straight up, that's what we're trying to do," Darian said.
