Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is back with dramatic turns and twists as cast members navigate their personal and professional lives. According to the Bravo press release the new season will be full of unexpected surprises due to "high interest rates, the 'Mansion Tax' and a low inventory of homes."

Episode 1 gave viewers an update on Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor's relationship alongside the Altman-Flagg drama. It also showcased how the market trends in Los Angeles have changed over time.

Real estate agents Josh Altman, Heather Altman, Josh Flagg, and Tracy Tutor have returned for another season of the hit Bravo reality TV series. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 premiered exclusively on Bravo TV on Wednesday, July 10 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Episode one is titled Just When You Think You've Seen It All, and the episode synopsis reads:

"Tracy Tutor takes on what should be an easy-to-sell beach house in Laguna, Josh Altman adopts a problem listing in the Crest streets and Josh Flagg tries to convince a friend to sell her dream property."

What happened on the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 episode 1?

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 episode 1 started with real estate agents having a discussion on the market rates. Tracy admitted that it was hard for her to navigate the fluctuations in real estate so she has been exploring Orange County as her other option.

Tracy's co-worker Josh Altman has also been looking into the new Newport Beach office in Orange County. During her confessional interview, Tracy said:

"With the sales down in Los Angeles I'm tapping Texas more, I'm tapping Orange County more."

Later on in the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 premiere episode, the drama between Josh Altman and Josh Flagg is explored. When Flagg finds out that Altman got the $15,888,888 listing with Heather, he isn't too happy.

He told Tracy that he and Altman went to that listing together and this was a combined project. Flagg was upset that this opportunity was stolen from him. He said:

"I'm not supporting someone who f**king hijacked the listing that we went on together. F**k that. This Readcrest listing is a little bit of a sore subject for me because it's fair to say that Altman f**ked me. And not in the way that I like to be f**ked."

The premiere episode also focused on the Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor friendship as well. It was revealed that the two are on good terms now and consider each other friends. As fans already know due to the season 13 drama, the two co-workers didn't exactly see eye to eye.

Tracy shared that Flagg was there by her side through one of her toughest moments. This was when Tracy split from Erik Anderson and needed someone by her side. She told the cameras on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 episode 1 that Flagg made efforts to "repair" their friendship. She said:

"To say that I had a tough go with Flagg last year is a bit of an understatement. But I see a different Josh Flagg this year. He's made crazy efforts and he's trying to repair our friendship."

Stream Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and the next day on Peacock.
