Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 episode 8 recap
Episode 8 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 started with Heather trying to sell their Beverly Grove listing. Altman was busy with his new office in Orange County and because of that, Heather had to handle listing in LA while also taking care of their kids.
The 7,000-square-foot home was stuck as buyers were not showing any interest, so the real-estate duo had to drop down its price. Reducing the price helped the listing and the potential buyers were flowing in. However, Heather was stuck to handle and tend to all of the showings on her own. In the end, she managed to sell the place.
Meanwhile, Altman was busy with his Tower Grove listing in this episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. He had to sell off film producer Dino De Laurentiis' Hollywood mansion.
Luckily, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow's son Nick Dubrow was an intern at Altman’s firm and told his mom about the listing. Heather Dubrow came in to see the property and Altman advised her to take the mansion as it was a steal offer at 20 million dollars. Dubrow agreed to the offer after some contemplating.
Later in the episode, Altman and his wife Heather met to shop for their new OC office. They had a budget and Altman believed that she would go overboard and spend more than 2 million dollars.
Tracy and Flagg secured a potential offer on their Roxbury co-listing
Tracy had to face a similar issue of her own in the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles episode with her Roxbury co-listing with Flagg. Tracy had to sell the listing while Flagg was in Paris for fashion week. The property was indeed "ready to move in" but a lot of potential buyers had issues with some parts of the residence and it needed some remodeling.
As the latest episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles progressed, Tracy was worried about getting no offers on the place before Flagg brought in his clients, Kevin and Shiva. Tracy had to negotiate a price that would satisfy the new showings. She managed to set up a potential offer with her buyers. However, the issue was that they were Flagg's clients and he was also representing the sellers with Tracy.
Tracy called Flagg on the phone and told him to fly back to LA to settle the issue and close the deal on their Roxbury co-listing. While she was worried about the situation, Flagg was busy with his shopping spree in Paris.
He came back to close the Roxbury deal with Tracy and also told her about his Paris trip. The two cuddled up in the bed to come up with the best offer for Kevin and Shiva. They "negotiated" on the basis that Tracy would represent the sellers and Flagg would represent the buyers.
Flagg put up an offer of $8.5 million for his client and Tracy advised the buyers to take the deal. The listing was finally sold by the end of episode 8.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 15 episode 9, You Splooge, You Lose, was released on September 04, 2024, on Bravo.
