90 Day Fiancé is a franchise that includes spinoffs such as 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. In this series, cast members' lives are showcased, alongside the ups and downs in their relationships. One of the couples on this show, Pedro, and Chantel clashed due to Pedro's sister Nicole's behavior towards Chantel.
Later, Pedro and Chantel's brother, River, got into a physical altercation after Pedro pointed his finger at Chantel's mother. This happened after Chantel's mother confronted Pedro's sister, Nicole, about her behavior towards her daughter.
After River intervened in the conversation, his argument with Pedro escalated into a fight. Pedro was upset that Chantel complained about his sister to her parents.
"I felt a like a little bit sad and and very angry at the same time because you know what your family thinks about me and what your family thinks about my sister. It only puts you know, more fire on the situation," he said.

Pedro and his sister, Nicole, were invited for dinner at Chantel's house where her parents and brother were waiting for them. During her confessional interview, Chantel stated she was nervous about the get-together due to Nicole's behavior towards her.
"Nicole arrived a few days ago. I'm feeling a little nervous right now because my parents thought it would be a good idea to invite Pedro and Nicole to dinner. After I told my parents what happened yesterday, I'm a little worried how everybody will react when everybody gets around each other," she said.
Chantel had told her parents that Nicole said "thank god," and clapped in a sarcastic manner once she left Pedro's house. Upon hearing this, Chantel's mom stated she wanted to get to the bottom of the situation and find out what Nicole's motives were. Later in the clip, Chantel's brother River, chimed in on the situation, he shared it was a "bad idea" to invite Nicole and Pedro over.
"Pedro and Nicole coming over, I think it's a bad idea because obviously, they don't respect my sister so I don't think they will respect us at the dinner table," he stated.
At the dinner table, Chantel's mom confronted Nicole about her behavior. Nicole denied that her behavior was mean towards 90 Day Fiancé cast member Chantel. However, Chantel's parents insisted Nicole was lying. Pedro got annoyed with Chantel and asked her why she told her parents about her problems with Nicole. He asked Chantel to move her chair, to which Chantel's mom said that she would not get up.
The conversation escalated when Pedro pointed his finger toward Chantel's mom. This led to River interrupting the conversation and cussing at him, which ended up being a physical fight. The 90 Day Fiancé crew intervened to calm down the fight.
