Love is Blind on Netflix has become hugely popular because it takes couples on a unique relationship journey, which emphasizes emotional connections over physical attraction. This idea was taken up a notch in season 7 when the cast had to deal with complicated relationships and difficult feelings.

The October 31, 2024, reunion episode of Love is Blind brought together all the couples from the season to share updates and uncover hidden conflicts. One of the standout moments of the show was when Hannah confronted her ex-fiancé Nick.

She said that Nick's reasons for joining the show were based on fame rather than finding love.

After Nick and Hannah broke up, Hannah says she found a note in his apartment in which he wrote that his goal was to:

“Become the most famous person ever” on Love is Blind.

Nick tried to defend his actions by saying they were part of a casual 90-day goal exercise, but when his co-stars found out, it led to intense backlash, raising questions about authenticity in a show that aims to promote true connection.

Hannah confronts Nick’s intentions in Love is Blind reunion

Known for her honest communication style, Hannah addressed Nick openly, suggesting that the aforementioned revelation brought a new element to their past interactions. In response, Nick explained that his note was part of a casual 90-day goal exercise, asserting that it did not reflect his true purpose on the show.

As the conversation continued, Nick clarified that his intentions were genuine, expressing that he had real feelings for Hannah and had engaged with the process authentically.

However, Hannah’s approach prompted other cast members to voice similar reservations about Nick’s motivations.

Marissa remarked that Nick’s note felt like a “slap in the face” to those who joined Love is Blind in pursuit of genuine relationships, adding further complexity to the cast’s perspectives on Nick’s actions during and after his time on the show.

Cast members react to Nick’s remarks in the Love is Blind reunion

Hannah said Nick had called her a "grenade" and made other inappropriate remarks to her after they broke up, which made things even worse.

At first, Nick denied saying these things, but later, cast members like Ramses and Stephen confirmed that he had, in fact, said negative things about Hannah.

She continued:

"To hear the things that he was saying behind my back after the reveal. He's calling me like a grenade, calling me ugly. And people saying that he's saying all these things behind my back."

The cast felt bad for Hannah, and many of them stood by her because they thought Nick's comments were hurtful and not acceptable. As the accusations mounted, Nick became increasingly isolated, with few allies on the reunion stage.

Ramses expressed disappointment in Nick’s actions, stating that the show was about finding love and honest connections, not achieving fame.

Stephen added that Nick’s comments about Hannah were disrespectful and went against the values the show represented.

These reactions left Nick on the defensive, with limited support as the rest of the cast called for accountability.

The reunion episode of Love is Blind season 7 is currently streaming on Netflix.
