Selling Sunset season 8 was released on Netflix on Friday, September 6, 2024, and saw a lot of drama between the real estate agents of The Oppenheim Group. The agents on the new season include Mary Fitzgerald, Chrishell Stause, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith, and Nicole Young. They also have a new agent joining the brokerage, Alanna Gold.

In episode 9, the agents from the brokerage got together but Emma and Bre ended up getting into an argument. When the women met, Emma decided to clear the air with Bre, who thought that the former was siding with Chelsea.

Hernan told Tiesi that she didn't want to fight but wanted to have a conversation with her. Emma told her Selling Sunset costar that since Chelsea had only recently found out that her husband was cheating on her, she was Emma's "priority." In response, Bre sarcastically asked Emma that just because she and her baby daddy weren't married, their relationship wasn't "important."

"Beacuse mine isnt a marriage, it's not important? So, her talking sh*t about me. Calling me f*cking disgusting. My family is disgusting," Bre said.

When Emma asked Bre if she was talking about herself and Nick Cannon [the baby daddy], Bre confirmed it. Emma then reminded her co-star that she had had her back when Chelsea had called Bre's family "disgusting." However, Bre seemed to disagree and told Emma that she wasn't being neutral but that she was taking sides.

The synopsis for Selling Sunset season 8 episode 9, titled Two Listings and a Funeral, reads:

"TikTok celebs tap The O Group to list their home, and Jason shops to ease his sorrow. The clash between Bre and Chelsea intensifies in the wrong place."

Bre confronts Emma about the Chelsea drama on Selling Sunset season 8 episode 9

Selling Sunset season 8 episode 9 saw an old clip of Chelsea Lazkani during a confessional interview. The clip was shown right after Bre Tiesi told Emma Hernan that Chelsea had called her family "disgusting."

"I think the proliferation of kids in creating multiple broken homes is disgusting," Lazkani had said.

In episode 9, Bre then clarified that she had no intention of backstabbing or hurting Chelsea on purpose. She also stated that she felt Emma doubt her intentions, and her siding with Chelsea made Bre reflect on her and Emma's friendship.

Emma, however, told Bre that she had stood by her side and was a supportive friend. Bre responded by stating that she was "not responsible for what comes out of her mouth or what she does," referring to Chelsea.

"I am not responsible for what comes out of her mouth or what she does. I don't give a f*ck enough about Chelsea to backstab her. I was trying to be cool, to move forward. But you aren't neutral in any way. You are one sided," Tiesi added.

Bre claimed that she was trying to be respectful but that the situation had gotten out of her hands and asked Emma if Chelsea calling her family disgusting was okay. Her Selling Sunset co-star said that she had had Bre's back "more than anyone," while Tiesi claimed to have been feeling misunderstood in the situation.

"I had your back more than anyone. Are you serious? I had your back. Go ask Chelsea who fought for you more than anybody. And she will hands down say I did," Emma said.

Chrishell Stause and Chelsea interrupted the conversation as they wanted to know what was going on. Chelsea said that she wanted Bre and Emma to figure out the problems between them. Meanwhile, Chrishell was trying to resolve the situation among her friends.
