90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 focuses on the couples Stacey and Florian, Gino and Jasmine, Julia and Brandon, Natalie and Josh, Ari and Bini, and Sophie and Rob. In this series, couples work through their relationship problems during a retreat where they attend group therapy sessions. Toward the end of the show, it is decided whether they want to stay together or not.
One of the couples, Josh and Natalie, were facing a rough phase by continuing a strong connection. This happened after Natalie got to know Josh was "hitting" on a girl. However, Josh claimed that he approached her as a friend. During the December 23, 2024 episode, Natalie questioned Josh and asked him to narrate what had happened as she wanted to get more clarity on his "perspective." She said:
"I needed to see your perspective because you and I see different sides. Always."

90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 episode 4 titled The Last Word was released exclusively on TLC on December 23, 2024. The episode synopsis reads as the following:

On 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2, episode 4, Josh shared his side of the story; he said they could have handled the situation better. As viewers already know, Josh and Natalie got into an argument after Natalie found out about Josh talking to another woman. Josh stated that the situation was "blown out of proportion," he said:
"I see that the situation was blown out of proportion, I think it could be handled much differently."
The 90 Day: The Last Resort star Natalie interrupted Josh and questioned him why he intimated the conversation himself. Natalie shared that the girl Josh talked to had informed her about their conversation already; she said:
"When it was created? you messaged the girl, she said you invite her privately, and you kind of hitted on her. It's what she says."
Josh on the other hand defended himself, he said that he never hit on her and "approached her as a friend." He continued:
"Well, I can tell you that I never hit on her and approached her as a friend."
The two got into an argument once again after Natalie called Josh a "whore." Josh got up and left the room during their heated conversation. The upcoming episodes will focus more on their relationship problems and whether they will resolve their issues.
