90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 released Part 3 of the Tell All on January 26, 2025. In one of the segments of the episode, Vanja revealed that her ex-partner, Josko, once recorded her while they were being intimate without her consent or knowledge. She recalled the incident emotionally, while the other cast members criticized Josko for violating Vanja's privacy.

"Without my knowledge, he took a video of us while we were being intimate," Vanja said.

She added that his "unacceptable" actions made her and her body feel violated. When asked how she found out about the videotape, Vanja revealed Josko told her right after the incident, taking pride in his work.

Although Josko admitted to recording Vanja, he defended himself by saying it was something they had previously discussed. However, Vanja claimed it was one thing to talk about it and another to proceed without her knowledge. Josko later apologized to Vanja for videotaping their intimate moment, explaining that he misunderstood her and assumed she had consented.

The 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days cast member then disclosed private details about their intimate encounters in front of everyone, upsetting Vanja.

When she revealed he videotaped their physical encounter, co-star Niles asked if he still had the video. Vanja answered that she made him delete the file from everywhere.
