Love is Blind: Habibi released its long-awaited reunion episode on Friday, November 1, 2024. The Arab spin-off of Netflix's popular dating show gathered its cast members to discuss all that happened during their time in the social experiment. However, the interactions soon turned into heated arguments, as the stars struggled to accept each other's contrasting perspectives.

One of the main arguments ensued between Nour and Mido, a couple who broke up after leaving the pods. While Mido targeted Nour, criticizing her appearance, lifestyle, education, personality, and character, Chafic joined their conversation and supported Mido.

Chafic refused to let Nour speak with his fiancée, Dounia, stating that she did not need any advice from her since Dounia was better than Nour on multiple fronts. Their co-star, Karma did not appreciate Chafic's interruption and urged him to let Nour express herself.

Later in the episode, Chafic made fun of Nour's appearance by pouting his lips, saying this is how her lips looked like. At that point, Karma spoke in Nour's defense, telling Chafic that he should not comment on someone's features. Despite hearing harsh remarks from Chafic, she stood her ground. Love is Blind: Habibi fans took to X to praise Karma for defending Nour. They were pleased by her display of sisterhood.

Love is Blind: Habibi fans were disappointed to see that no one except Karma stepped in to stand up for Nour.

Love is Blind: Habibi star Chafic calls Karma a "crow" at the reunion

In one segment, Nour wanted to give Dounia and Mido a "piece of advice." However, Chafic was not keen on letting her speak to his fiancée, Dounia. He stated that his partner did not need Nour's advice, urging the latter to talk to Mido if she wanted. Karma, silently listening to their conversation, was displeased by Chafic's treatment of Nour. Consequently, she interjected and said:

"Let her speak for herself. She can decide."

Chafic countered her request, asking her not to intervene in their discussion. At that point, Nour asked the Love is Blind: Habibi male cast member to relax and be respectful of her.

Later in the episode, Nour found herself cornered when Chafic and Mido commented on her appearance. While Mido criticized her beauty for not being "natural," Chafic went so far as to pucker his lips to mimic Nour's appearance. Although Nour listened with a smile, refusing to respond to their remarks, Karma stood up for her and confronted Chafic.

"It's wrong to mock looks," Karma protested.

Chafic retorted, asking her not to intervene since he was not talking to her, but the Love is Blind: Habibi star refused to back off. She stated he was in the wrong for coming at a woman's appearance, but Chafic dismissed her allegation.

Karma noted that Chafic's comment was demeaning to all the women present on the stage, not just Nour. Hence, she requested him not to expand on it. However, the Love is Blind: Habibi male cast member refused to fall back. He criticized Karma, saying:

"You're like a crow."

Karma retaliated, saying he had no right to silence her because she was not in his house. She mentioned it was wrong of him to "shush" her even if they were friends. Soon, Hajar chimed in on their disagreement, criticizing Chafic for "bullying" the women.
