“A liar!”—The Real Housewives of New York City fans criticize Erin for telling Jessel she defended her

The Real Housewives of New York City season 15 released episode 14 on January 14, 2025. Titled Quit Your Beachin, the episode documented the ladies' day out at the Puerto Rican beach.

The previous episode had seen Sai, Brynn, and Erin talking about Jessel and her husband, Pavit. Sai said she disliked Pavit because he called her "bipolar" and a "b*tch". Brynn told them she didn't like that Jessel called a professional photographer to her son's birthday and attended every event she got invited to, in an attempt to climb the social ladder.

Erin agreed, saying that she was frustrated with Jessel's lack of honesty. In episode 14, an angry Sai called out Erin as the latter told Jessel that she defended her while Sai and Brynn talked badly about her. Sai accused Erin of being equally complicit in their discussion about Jessel and said that she was lying.

Erin said that she never said such a thing to Jessel and then went to her to confront on the same subject. Jessel remained unwavering and repeated that Erin did say she defended Jessel against Sai and Brynn.

The scene flashed back to their conversation from the previous episode which served as proof of Erin being involved in their gossip. Fans of The Real Housewives of New York City took to X to criticize Erin for lying.

"Erin is also a liar! You were literally talking sh*t about Jessel with Sai and Brynn but can’t admit it to Jessel’s face. That’s why ppl are always mad at you TF?!!!" a fan said.

"Oh Erin… not the flashbacks proving you did indeed take part in the conversation about Jessel & Pavit! Just own it! Jessel is the talk of the town again. The women are soooo mad she’s the fan favorite," said another fan.

"And Erin doing it again with Jessel & lying about “defending” her lollll," added a third.

"Erin the problem is you are constantly running you f-ing mouth and acts like a deer in headlights when confronted. Just STFU," another wrote.

Some fans of The Real Housewives of New York City pointed out that Erin did talk badly about Jessel as well.

"Erin acting as though she didn’t put all the shit talking on Brynn & Sai is really crazy," another user wrote.

“They're all piling on me”—Erin reacts to Jessel and Sai pointing her out for lying on The Real Housewives of New York City season 15 episode 14

In episode 14, Jessel and Sai indulged in a conversation where the former said that Erin mentioned about defending her while Sai and Brynn "talked sh*t" about her. In the next moment, Sai walked up to Erin and called her a "little sh*t" for doing such a thing. Erin denied it, saying that this chat between her and Jessel didn't happen. Erin then took to The Real Housewives of New York City confessional to say:

"I'm really over vacation with these girls like they're all piling on me, again."

Erin confronted Jessel and clairfied that she never said it the way the fellow cast member mentioned it. Jessel opposed and noted that Erin actually said it in the same manner. Erin then accepted that she did say she defended Jessel, but stated that she was never doing it again. She asked Jessel to watch their video and realize that she had no friends.
