“A tyrant”—The Real Housewives of New York City fans criticize Brynn for fighting with Jessel

The Real Housewives of New York City season 15 episode 13 was released on January 7, 2025. The episode was titled Dinner Disasters, and Breakfast Breakdowns and saw Ubah and Brynn arguing. Meanwhile, Brynn and Jessel also got into a fight.

The turn of events ensued after Erin told Brynn that Jessel was mad at her because she went in for the photo shoot first despite knowing that Jessel was in the queue. Brynn confronted her about the same later in The Real Housewives of New York City episode, to which Jessel said she was angry at the moment but it didn't matter to her anymore.

Brynn then brought up the fact that Jessel got a photographer for her kid's birthday and had a glam team who got her ready. Jessel saw no issues with that and she was supported by Jenna and Rebecca in a confessional. Brynn stated that she wanted to spend more time with her and her children but the fact that she was in her glam chair every day stopped her from doing that.

Fans of The Real Housewives of New York City flocked to X to criticize Brynn for her views.

"Team #Ubah and Team #Jessel! Brynn is a tyrant and she’s looking to ghost produce drama but it falls flat and it comes across disingenuous!" a fan said.

"So…Brynn is jealous & cruel. Leave Jessel alone, this is crap. Shocker. Get. Her. Off. My. Screen," said another.

"So Jessel is wrong for having photographers at her parties because Brynn isn’t into it.. ok," added a third.

"Brynn says she’s annoyed that Jessel always has glam, but what she’s really upset about is that Jessel can afford the glam without having to have late night phone calls with “Russian billionaires” (her words)," another wrote.

Some fans of The Real Housewives of New York City even praised Jessel for giving it back to Brynn.

"Brynn, honey, there has to be a glow up after your first season of Real Housewives, Jessel is doing what she is supposed to be doing," an X user wrote.

"Oh my gosh Jessel please respect yourself enough to not be friends with that B*TCH Brynn," another user wrote.

"If I were Jessel I wouldn’t care what Brynn says anymore. At the point it feels like someone is intentionally trying to make me feel away, that’s the moment I stop giving that person energy or any fks. You don’t matter anymore," commented one.

"So she’s picking on Jessel because she’s fabulous? Mmmk. This is very much “friend of” behavior. CHOP!" another wrote.

The Real Housewives of New York City stars Erin, Brynn, and Sai talk about Jessel on season 15 episode 13

In The Real Housewives of New York City episode 13, Brynn said that she was having a good time with Pavit, Jessel's husband, at the party as they were "laughing" and "chilling." Sai interrupted, saying that she didn't like Pavit because he called her "bipolar" and "a b*tch". The scene flashed back to the moment when Pavit was seen saying those words to Sai.

Sai added that since then she had been ignoring Pavit at social gatherings, she didn't know if Jessel had noticed it. Erin chimed in to express that they all loved Jessel but she was frustrated about the latter's level of openness and honesty. Erin then told Brynn:

"She told me she is really f*cking pissed at you and she's never been more mad at anyone else in this group."

She added that it was because Brynn cut her off in the line to the photo shoot when she had to go back to her kids, which also included a toddler. Brynn said she too had to rush home because her puppy needed her and if she didn't return in time, her pet would piss in the house. Brynn then called out Jessel for having photographers at her kid's birthday party and Erin agreed.
