"Amateur karaoke" — The Voice fans react to Christina Eagle's solo performance in the semi-finals

Snoop Dogg believed Christina, the only country artist from his team, could ace "good old-fashioned country music." Christina opened the semi-final episode with her rendition of Shania Twain's Man! I Feel Like a Woman!. The coaches praised her for delivering an upbeat and fun performance.

However, fans of The Voice disagreed with the coaches' review. They took to X to criticize Christina's vocals, comparing her act to "karaoke." Many felt Snoop Dogg should not have advanced her over Austyns and Aliyah.

"Knocked it out of the park" — The Voice coach Reba McEntire praises Christina Eagle's performance

Ahead of her performance, Christina confided in Snoop Dogg about the floods that affected her home state of North Carolina. She also mentioned that the people of her hometown found solace and comfort in her performances. Consequently, it motivated her to work hard and make each act stand out.

Snoop Dogg noted that Christina was the only mainstream country singer on The Voice, so he had high hopes for her. He advised her to start the song slow and let it build up. Christina implemented her coach's suggestion and gradually picked up the pace of her act.

The singer's stage presence and confidence mesmerized the mentors. They applauded Christina's ability to work the stage and interact with the band during her performance. Country artist and The Voice coach Reba praised Christina's energy and said:

Snoop was satisfied with Christina's act and complimented her showmanship. He called her "Reba reincarnated" and congratulated her on her "superstar delivery."
