The Real Housewives of Orange County wrapped up Season 18 on November 21, 2024, and marked Alexis Bellino's final appearance on the show. The former cast member initially appeared on the show from Seasons 4 to 8 and took a decade-long break from the Bravo reality show.

She recently appeared on RHOC Season 18 as a friend of the cast, however, on December 20, 2024, while on an episode of IHeartRadio's Going Rogue, the alum revealed that Season 18 was her last stint on the show.

She revealed that she was not asked back by the network. Fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County reacted to Alexis's exit from the show online. One person wrote on X:

"Her rehearsed lines, her stupid "the truth will come out", saying she had a bad edit when she was clearly a wackadoodle. Girl, you were the biggest comeback flop in HW history, that you, Tamra, and Heather thought you would end Shannon. There's the door, Alexis Bellino."

"A little bit of a relief" — Alexis Bellino reflects on not being asked back to The Real Housewives of Orange County after Season 18

Alexis Bellino recently appeared on the iHeartRadio's podcast, Gone Rogue. During the December 20, 2024 episode, the RHOC reality star opened up about not being invited back to the Bravo show.

Alexis, who had returned to the show after a decade-long break, said that the news wasn't a surprise to her but she believed she had more time. She said she wasn't prepared because she didn't think contracts were "coming out" and that the call itself was a shock, however, the information, wasn't.

"It was a little bit of a relief," Alexis said.

Alex added that while nobody liked rejection, she had already been there before. The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18 star recalled when she left the show after season 8 and said that she had "been there, done that."

Fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18 commented on Alexis's departure from the show online and while some were happy to see her go, others were not in favor of the decision.
