"Biggest LOSER" — Big Brother fans react to Cam losing the HoH comp in the finale

Season 26 of Big Brother released its finale on Sunday, October 13, 2024. The segment featured the three finalists— Cam, Makensy, and Chelsie— competing against one another for the winner's title and the $750,000 prize money.

The cast members had to participate in a three-part Head of Household (HoH) competition to determine who would become the two finalists. Each victory in the HoH comp would bring them closer to the finish line.

Chelsie won the first part of the competition, whereas Makensy won the second. Makensy defeated Chelsie in the final round, winning the challenge. While the ladies celebrated their victories, Cam was upset about his losses in both rounds. Despite trying his best, he failed to defeat his opponents.

Cam, renowned for not winning competitions in the season, lost yet another opportunity to turn the game in his favor. However, Big Brother fans were not surprised. They took to X to react to his loss. While some claimed the outcome was expected, others seemed disappointed by his efforts.

"ITS OFFICIAL!!!!! Cam is easily the biggest LOSER IN BIG BROTHER HISTORY," a fan wrote.

"Idk why I kept hoping for Cam to win a comp after seeing this," another fan commented.

"I just want Cam to win one thing and he keep losing," a netizen tweeted.

Big Brother fans were unimpressed by Cam's loss in the finale.

"How??? HOW did Cam lose that?????" a user reacted.

At the same time, many Big Brother fans were not surprised by the result. They were convinced Makensy and Chelsie were better competitors than him.

Big Brother star Cam apologizes to his "dogs at the crib" after losing the HoH comp

The first part of the HoH challenge was an endurance challenge where each cast member had to remain fixated on a tilted and suspended robotic vessel, while it squirted freezing green ooze on them. Makensy dropped out of the competition after 26 minutes, unable to tolerate the cold.

Cam tried to mediate through the Big Brother HoH comp but failed to last more than 37 minutes. With Cam's defeat, Chelsie was crowned the first-round winner, earning a spot in the third round of the challenge.

Cam got another opportunity to prove his worth in the second part of the task as he went head-to-head against Makensy in a challenge that would shut down Ainsley. They had to move three buttons through a maze and connect them to the wires in the correct sequence to finish the task.

Makensy collected all three buttons and cut all nine wires while Cam was stuck obtaining his third button. It marked Makensy's 10th overall win in the season. However, Cam was upset about the outcome. In a confessional, he apologized to his friends and family for not winning, adding:

"I apologize to all my dogs at the crib."

Later, Makensy won the third round of the HoH comp and ended Cam's journey on Big Brother season 26, taking Chelsie to the final two. While speaking to host Julie Chen Moonves, Cam revealed he was not surprised by Makensy's decision. He confessed that had he won the final HoH comp, he would have brought Chelsie to the final two.
