Selling Sunset finally came out with its much-awaited season 8 on September 6, on Netflix. All its 11 episodes were made available to watch on the same day so fans could binge the whole season.

The latest season saw some feuds between Chelsea and Mary, and Nicole and Chrishell, among others, while the newcomers topped it off with their fresh flair.

Alanna Gold was a new addition to the cast. Season 8 saw the Selling Sunset ladies talking about her and her husband's co-venture in the Pioneertown. It was an old movie set, a part of which the couple bought out to renovate and turn into a tourist attraction.

It also saw her trudging on the borders of the heavier plotlines with feuds and fights. Fans of Selling Sunset took to X (formerly Twitter) to discuss their liking for Alanna.

Some of them find her to be more professional than some of the other cast members of the show. Some love her dressing sense and believe that she has an innate sense of style.

"I like Alanna Gold. She’s a breath of fresh air for sure," one fan said.
"Ep 6: Alanna May be young but she is wiser than most of these other ladies," said another fan.
"Alanna is a nice addition, so far. I like seeing her with the new build," one X user wrote.
"So I'm loving the new girl Alanna on this season. She seems so nice, so real, and she'll probably get eaten alive by these vipers, but I like her!" another person said.

Selling Sunset fans also praised her dressing sense and said that she was the only one who seemed like she was dressed appropriately for the office. They also praised her ability to stay out of the drama at the office, and her care for her career.

"Alanna seems promising. Also, her style is classic and what I expect from any professional," said one fan.
"Alanna is EATING these girl up in her UES chic looks on her first season, you can tell that is actually her style and not something a stylist picked out for her and I like her!" another person said.
"Why is Alanna working harder than any other agent ever has? Why she in charge of landscaping?" another fan said.
"Alanna seems focused, sweet, and down to earth. I don’t want to see her in any drama," chimed in another X user.

Selling Sunset star Alanna's journey on the show

Episode 5 of Selling Sunset saw Mary, Amanza, Nicole, and Alanna's trip to Pioneertown, a movie studio town turned into a tourist attraction, a part of which Alanna and her husband partially co-own.

At the dinner there, the ladies talked about how bad they felt for Chelsea. Nicole brought up a rumor that she heard about Emma, saying that there was a threat to her marriage and implying she had allegedly cheated. She questioned Emma's support for Chelsea because she thought it was ironic when Emma herself was allegedly unfaithful to her husband.

In episode 6, Alanna asked her to address the issue directly with Emma. She said if the talk reached Emma through other sources it wouldn't be good for anyone. Plus, there was marriage involved here so it would be wise to save it.

Alanna tried bringing peace between Nicole and Emma and also tried to save Emma's reputation, by asking Nicole to address the rumor with her. Alanna said in a confessional that she would be hurt if her husband cheated, so she knew how much marriage mattered.

In episode 7, Alanna went to visit a property she was looking to sell, with Brett. She told him that the property manager had quit his job, leaving the house unfinished. She added that other managers refused to take it up because the house was 95% done and they wouldn't make much from it.

Alanna promised Brett she would make it up and somehow find a manager to finish the remaining 5%. In episode 8, she was able to do it. She found a property manager to make the final touchups. Brett was truly impressed and said that he now could see that Alanna was capable of being a part of the Oppenheim Group.
