"Bri deserves somebody more solid" — Too Hot to Handle fans criticize Demari for kissing Valentina

Too Hot to Handle season 6 premiered on Friday, July 19, with episodes 1-4. The cast members were seen indulging in the freedom that Lana's counterpart, Bad Lana, granted them. It allowed them to get intimate with each other without losing money from their $250,000 prize fund.

Although 21-year-old Bri shared her first kiss with Chris, she ultimately paired with Demari, the cast member she was physically attracted to. Demari reciprocated Bri's feelings and together, they displayed strong chemistry.

However, their relationship dynamics changed after Valentina entered the villa in episode 4. She chose to go on a date with Demari, sending Bri into the banishment quarters.

Valentina and Demari kissed on their date, leading fans to criticize the latter for betraying Bri. Too Hot to Handle fans took to X to express disapproval of Demari's actions and console Bri for getting blindsided, with one person claiming that Bri deserved "somebody more solid."

Too Hot to Handle star Bri gets banished before Demari and Valentina's date

In Too Hot to Handle episode 4, Lana announced that two new cast members would join the rest at the villa. Valentina and Cristian were each allowed to go on a date with someone.

Cristian chose Katherine, whereas Valentina chose Demari for their dates. Katherine's partner Louis and Demari's partner Bri were banished from the cabana so that the newcomers could have their dates without any reservations.

Demari was immediately attracted to Valentina. He was in awe of her beauty and started fumbling for words upon seeing her.

"Valentina is a beautiful girl. It's gonna be hard for me to stay focused, but I'm gonna try, we'll see how that goes," said Demari.

Valentina knew she was the "woman of his dreams" and mentioned she would do anything to have him. Although Valentina appeared to be Demari's ideal woman, he confessed he had Bri in his thoughts.

"I do have Bri in my mind, but this is gonna be a huge test for me," he admitted.

Meanwhile, Bri seemed confident that her Too Hot to Handle partner would not betray her for someone new.

"I trust Demari, and to be honest, I don't care about Valentina, Valentino, whatever the h*ll it is. I don't care, I'm not bothered," Bri said.

However, Bri was shocked when Lana announced that Demari chose to spend 30 more minutes on his date, which kept Bri banished. During the extended part of the date, Demari admitted he could not "take it anymore" and kissed Valentina.

Later in the episode, Demari returned with Valentina, upsetting Bri. He tried to confess that he kissed Valentina but hesitated, seeing Bri get angry. Whether he disclosed the truth or not was not revealed in the episode.

"I absolutely have to tell her. But I have never seen Bri this angry, and I'm terrified right now," Demari admitted.
