"Broke my heart" — Love is Blind fans react to Marissa crying over Ramses

Love is Blind season 7 finale aired this week on October 23, 2024. The segment marked the end of the social experiment aimed at discovering whether love truly was blind. For two couples, the experiment proved to be successful, as Ashley and Tyler and Taylor and Garrett tied the knot. As for Rameses and Marissa, the two parted ways before their wedding day.

Ramses told her that he wasn't sure that "love alone" was enough to make a marriage work and was afraid of possibly hurting Marissa. As the two hugged goodbye, Marissa cried and repeatedly asked him if he was sure. She called her mother as she continued to sob and told her how much Ramses ending their relationship hurt.

Fans commented on Marissa's reaction to the breakup online and felt sad for her. One wrote on X:

In Love is Blind season 7 episode 12, Leap of Faith, Ramses told Marissa that he was unsure about their relationship and wanted to call of the wedding. As the two hugged goodbye, the female cast member asked him repeatedly if he was sure.

"You came unsure so fast. It doesn't feel real," she said.

The Love is Blind season 7 star said that it felt like it came out of nowhere and asked him how he became so uncertain "so fast." Ramses told her that he wasn't unsure about his love for her and that he was just unsure about them as a couple.

Marissa told him she believed Ramses was making a mistake and that she believed it "wholeheartedly." She added that she couldn't convince him otherwise. The Love is Blind season 7 star said that it wasn't right and called it the "worst heartbreak" she had ever experienced.

She told the cameras that she felt like she was "dying inside." Marissa called her mother to tell her the news. She asked him how she was supposed to "not have him around" and not be with him when she loved him "so much."

"Oh, my God. Mom, it hurts so bad," Marissa said.
