“Brutal” — 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way fans react to Lily’s daughter questioning Josh’s love for her

Episode 17 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 came out on October 21, 2024. The episode saw Ingi and Corona have a conversation about marriage, Sean met Joanne's mother for the first time on a video call, while James met Tata's sister.

In the previous episode, Lily asked Josh who was the woman he was posing with on his WeChat profile photo. In response, he lied saying she was his late friend. When she and her daughter found out that the woman was alive and had dated Josh in the past, they decided to confront him about the same. He replied that when he said she was dead, he meant she was dead to him. He also in turn accused Lily of cheating on him.

In episode 17, Lily's daughter Vivian had a conversation with her about how Josh treated her. She didn't think Josh showed signs of love and said if he was always putting her down, it wasn't love. When she asked her mother about their s*x life, Lily told her they hadn't been intimate in 7 months. Vivian's doubts strengthened and she said her mom's marriage wasn't going to last long.

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé flocked to X to talk about this mother-daughter conversation.

The conversation between Vivian and Lily on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 episode 17

Vivian tried questioning her mom when they went out shopping at a fresh produce market, a day before her wedding with Josh. When Vivian asked Lily if she was down to marry after what happened, the latter said she didn't know.

Lily revealed in a 90 Day Fiancé confessional that Jarod, Josh's brother, had written her a message apologizing for his brother's actions. She then said that he was a good person otherwise and just had a problem with his character. She added that he attacked people whenever fingers were pointed at him. Her daughter thought this was a sign of guilt.

Vivian then bluntly asked her mother how her s*x life was. Lily replied that the last time they had s*x was 7 months ago.

Vivian questioned her if she was getting married to someone she didn't share intimacy with. She said in a 90 Day Fiancé confessional that she didn't think their marriage would last. She then advised Lily to save herself.
