Southern Charm season 10 episode 7 was released on January 23. The episode documented Craig's dynamic with Paige, Shep's feelings for Sienna, and JT telling Taylor what he heard about her boyfriend, Gaston's alleged fling with Sally.
When JT told Taylor that Gaston had cheated on a previous girlfriend with Sally, she dismissed it as a lie and walked away, refusing to hear more. Sally, overhearing the conversation, stood up and revealed the details of her affair with Gaston.
She explained that they had shared intimate moments while he was in a relationship, though she hadn't known about it at the time. She added that their relationship grew serious enough for Gaston to meet her dying grandmother.

Fans of Southern Charm came to X to react to Gaston's alleged affair with Sally.
"Gaston is clearly lying to Taylor about what went on between him and Salley! #SouthernCharm" one fan said.

The conversation about Gaston and Sally's alleged affair on Southern Charm season 10 episode 7
When JT pulled Taylor aside in Southern Charm episode 7 he told her about Gaston and Sally's alleged relationship, which Taylor argued and said was a fling. JT argued that it was months long and Sally was in love with him.
Taylor argued that maybe she was in love with him and that was the reason why she was spreading lies about him. JT then specified that Gaston cheated on his previous girlfriend with Sally but Taylor wasn't having it because she didn't want anyone to talk badly about her boyfriend.
Sally then clarified her side of the story in front of other cast members of Southern Charm and stated that it wasn't just a fling because they said "I love you" to each other. She said that when she hooked up with him she didn't know he had a girlfriend, when she found out she didn't let him go because she was into him. He then told her he had broken up with his girlfriend and he was in a full-blown relationship with Sally.
She specified that he also met her 96-year-old grandmother and he was the last guy she saw Sally with before she passed away. She said that he scarred her and people not believing it wouldn't know how it felt.
