Episode 10 of 1000-lb Sisters season 6, titled Nothing Was Impastable, aired on December 17. It showed Tammy and Amy enjoying their trip to London, with Amy having a photoshoot and Chris finally getting his long-awaited skin removal surgery.
The promo featured Tammy confessing that she was hiding something from her doctors to avoid it affecting her approval for skin removal surgery, but it didn’t reveal what she was hiding.
Episode 10 revealed that Tammy was hiding her vaping from her doctors. She was seen vaping in a confessional, which led fans on X to criticize her for switching from one addiction to another and hiding it from her doctor. Many found her attempt to conceal the vaping hilarious.

The episode saw Tammy and Amanda putting an end to their long-reigning fight and making amends. It started with Amanda appreciating Tammy's progress with walking and climbing up the stairs. She added that she was proud of her and that despite the fight she loved her and would give her life for her.
Back in Kentucky, Chris underwent skin removal surgery. Reflecting on his weight loss journey, Chris shared that he weighed 500+ pounds and that after the surgery, he was going to come down to about 250 pounds.
The rest of Chris's family including his son, his grandchildren, and his sister Amanda also came to see him. Chris took to a confessional saying he was grateful for his family's attendance. Amanda, in a confessional, pointed out the various risks of the surgery and expressed her worries about its success. But fortunately enough, Chris' surgery went well.
