"Crocodile tears"— Love is Blind fans react to Tyler crying at the Tux fitting

Love is Blind season 7 aired two more episodes ahead of the season finale on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. The segment showcased the remaining couples' journey as the wedding day approached.

While two couples ended their relationships, others tried on outfits for their big day. As Vanessa Lachey accompanied the women to their dress fitting, Nick Lachey did the same for the grooms-to-be. Tyler's friends Jake and Tevon joined the cast to help the cast member pick out the suit he would wear.

At the fitting, Tyler got emotional while discussing his relationship with Ashley with his friends. He told them he felt he could say anything to her and that he didn't have to put on a mask while he was with her. The cast member started crying and his friends consoled him.

Tyler gets emotional while talking about his relationship with Ashley in Love is Blind season 7 episode 11

In Love is Blind season 7 episode 11, titled, The Risk of Falling in Love, the brides and grooms-to-be went to pick out their wedding day outfits. While the women were mostly accompanied by their mothers, the men brought their friends to pick out their big-day suits.

Host Nick Lachey asked who Tyler brought with him and he said he was accompanied by Jake and Tevon. The Love is Blind season 7 star said he knew the latter since he was 17 years old and Tevon stated they had been friends since high school. Jake revealed that since he knew Tyler "pretty well", he initially had doubts.

He added that whatever happened in the pods "clearly worked" because Tyler told him Ashley was the "greatest girl in the whole world." Jake said the Love is Blind season 7 star told him he was in love. He added that is when he knew it was "real."

While talking to his friends, the Love is Blind season 7 male participant got emotional. He said he felt like he could say anything to Ashley and she knew his "insecurities" and "vulnerabilities."

"I've cried. She's taken me, like, as I am. I don't have to put on this tough face all the time. I can show emotions," Tyler said.

As Tyler's friends expressed excitement for him, the cast member's voice cracked and he turned his back to the cameras. His friends laughed and said the Love is Blind season 7 star was getting emotional. His friends assured him he was okay.
