The Circle season 7 outed its episodes, 5 to 8, on September 18, after premiering its initial 4 episodes on September 11. The second instalment intensified as the contestants intertwined into alliances and conspired to block each other.

One such alliance was that of Debbie disguised as Rachel and Madelyn. They came close only after they became disruptors in episode 4 and had to anonymously swap their identities. The rule was if either one of them was blocked, the other one would be sent home. So, they had to strategically ensure that none of them went home.

They targeted Heather disguised as Andy because Madelyn was his biggest ally and if she rated him the lowest his chances of staying were very low. Rachel gathered Gianna and Tierra to root for their #GirlSquad and be in on evicting Andy. Their plan worked beautifully because Madelyn was the topmost player, Rachel was the second highest voted, and Andy was out.

Their friendship lasted even after their disruptor was off and they together went after Darian. They gathered other people to go after Darian as well, just like they did when they wanted to take out Andy.

Fans of The Circle have flocked to X after the show, where they are also commenting on Madelyn and Rachel's alliance and how they are stirring pots that are impacting the entire game. Some are criticizing them for taking out Madelyn's #CircleHusband.

"The way that Madelyn & "Rachel" are playing this game is cruel and unfun. I don't even know if I want to keep watching, it's uncomfortable," one fan wrote.
"I love that there’s so much strategy going on this season and not just superficial bullshit. Love Madelyn, Love “Rachel,” Feel bad for “Andy” but man, this is fun," another fan wrote.
"Sitting here watching #TheCircle and I’m getting mad ash .. Madelyn & Rachel gmfu!" one fan commented.
"So there’s no way Madelyn can see that Rachel is a catfish, damn," said another.

Some The Circle fans pointed out how perfectly Rachel and Madelyn played when they were disruptors and how their alliance was now a force to reckon with.

"Lol at Rachel fixing her relationship with Kevin. Madelyn did thats perfectly for her and Rachel," an X user wrote.
"Madelyn & Rachel being 1 & 2 feels like a reward for being the disrupters lol. I find it hard to believe everyone ranked them 1 & 2, but maybeeee," another X user said.
"Rachel and Madelyn are right behind Jordan in worst circle characters of history #thecircle #thecirclenetflix just nasty slimy gross women omg," a third one wrote.
"If Deb/Rachel & Madelyn can get through this, they kind of have a new built in alliance to keep each other’s secrets safe," said one fan.

How Madelyn and Rachel doublehandedly got Andy out on The Circle season 7

Madelyn and Rachel weren't allies before but after their fates intertwined because of The Circle disruptor, they had no other option but to work with one another. Despite playing each other better than their original characters, what lacked was their collab on an eviction.

The rule that The Circle rating round followed would directly block the lowest-rated contestant, instead of letting the influencer decide. This meant if they didn't strategize they wouldn't have stood a chance. The danger was greater for Madelyn, who was playing someone most payers suspected of being a catfish.

So she slid into Debbie's DMs with a solid plan of going after her biggest ally Andy. Rachel complied, gathered her allies to do the same and even fetched Tierra the newcomer to vote for Andy. In a beautiful execution, Madelyn and Rachel were smoothly able to get Andy out.

Episodes 9 and 10 of The Circle season 7 will come out on September 25 on Netflix.
