Episode 19 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation season 7 came out on September 19. The episode was titled The Meatball Party and saw Sammi and Justin invite the rest of the cast members to their home for a meatball meal.
Earlier in the episode, Sammi and Justin shared their journey towards having children. She shared that she had endometriosis so it was hard for her to get pregnant. She added that she was 37 and the older she got the harder it became for her to conceive.
She and Justin took hormone injections on the episode to induce healthier eggs. She said it was harder to actually go through it than expected.

Sammi started off Jersey Shore Family Vacation episode 19 by mentioning that getting married wasn't her priority because she felt secure in her relationship. However, she wanted to get pregnant before it was too late.
She shared that she came from a big Italian family, and her sisters had kids. She too wanted to have kids so they could all play together. She said she dreamt of having a family like them and Justin's love made her want to have kids even more.
Later on in the episode, Sammi shared that she felt like she was in a "menopausal stage," because she was getting hot flashes, headaches, mood swings, and depression because of the shots she injected herself with.
She then explained that because of her condition, her body was going through a lot and that she had a higher chance of a miscarriage. She thanked Justin for being by her side through it all.
