90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 aired episode 7, If You're Not First, You're Last, on January 13, 2025. The segment saw Josh and Natalie clash during a therapy session when the couple addressed their issues.

Josh claimed that he had promised Natalie that they would start a family together since he already had two children of his own. The latter asked why he did that to her and said that she deserved time. She questioned the nature of their relationship and asked him to "name it."

In 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 episode 7, Josh and Natalie sat down for a therapy session which ended abruptly as the two clashed. Josh expressed dissatisfaction with Natalie asking him to give her more time than he could as his time was "methodically thought out" and didn't like to be disturbed.

Natalie asked why and Josh replied that it was his "livelihood." Josh further said that he had two children and Natalie asked why she couldn't be a part of his life and help him. The female 90 Day: The Last Resort star stated that she didn't understand the problem in being together and said she didn't always want to be a girlfriend.

"How can we build relationship and a family if you don't have time?" Natalie asked.

She added that Josh knew she wanted a family, while the latter said he hadn't agreed. This angered Natalie, who said Josh told her they would "work on it." Josh retaliated that he never agreed to have a family with her and Natalie explained that when they got back together, he wanted to work on their relationship.

The 90 Day: The Last Resort star mentioned she was "ready to start fresh" but needed to know that she was "valuable." Natalie told the therapist that she broke up with Josh three times and he came back every time asking to work on their relationship.

"You liked to me. Why you do this to me?" she asked.

Josh said that things were getting out of hand and the 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 cast member stated she deserved time. She questioned Josh further and asked him to give their relationship a name.
