Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban talks about the role of AI in businesses

In the short Instagram clip, Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban mentioned that these days AI is being used for work that the majority of people are "already doing."

Cuban reflected on the current role of AI in the modern world and how technological advancements have led to the usage of AI in our everyday lives. He also predicted the potential of AI and it being helpful for generating unique ideas. He said:

"well there are two types of companies, those who are great at AI and everybody else and the AI supremacists will win the day but the more important question is right now is people are using AI to try to optimize processes that are already in place to try to do the things that people are already doing."

The Shark Tank star shared that the "bigger question" is whether AI can be used for "entrepreneurial" purposes. Cuban suggested that in the future if AI can help young entrepreneurs and small business owners make good financial decisions, things "would change dramatically."

He gave an example of AI being used for optimizing and coming up with strategies for customer satisfaction and ways to enhance financial stability. He continued:

"The bigger question is can AI be entrepreneurial? Can you say to an AI hey I want to change, I want to come up with a new way of doing things that will optimize things for my customers and make me more money?"

Cuban implied that AI and business owners can work together in the future and team up to find the best results for their company. To get financial advice and guidance on how to start a business, the ABC show fans can follow Mark Cuban on his official Instagram account.
