Family or Fiancé premise and new participants explored

Family or Fiancé is hosted by renowned relationship coach Tracy McMillan. The show invites engaged couples and their disapproving families together for three days to work through their differences and get on the same page before the couple gets married.

The objective of this social experiment is to get the families and the couples to unpack their differences before their big day. The show features coaching sessions from McMillan and different tasks designed to strengthen family bonds and clear misunderstandings.

The viewers also witness the tensions that arise during these sessions, which often expose the irreconcilable differences and sometimes force the couple to choose between "family or fiancé".
