"Fool"— The Circle fans criticize Kevin for blocking Savannah

The Circle released its latest season on Netflix on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The unique social media competition gathered players from various walks of life to flaunt their catfishing skills. With $100,000 on the line, each contestant hoped to keep their competitors fooled with their lies.

Since their facade could easily be exposed at any given time, leading to their elimination, they resorted to forming secret alliances and showmances to consolidate their position in the game. One such bond developed between Kevin and Savannah, who played as themselves.

When Kevin, alongside Nicky and Jojo, catfishing as Gianna, became influencers in episode 3, Savannah was certain Kevin would protect her from getting blocked. However, Gianna convinced Kevin to eliminate Savannah, determined to save Rachel, aka Deb, their closest ally.

The Circle fans took to X to criticize Kevin for turning his back on his showmance. Many claimed Savannah was "robbed," convinced she did not deserve to get eliminated.

"Kevin betraying Savanah when everyone knew they were a thing is a baaaad move. No one is gonna trust him now. Fool," one fan wrote.

"If Kevin doesn’t go home soon, I’m gonna be pissed. I just don’t like him," another fan commented.

Fans continued to criticize Kevin for betraying his biggest ally in The Circle.

The Circle fans believed Savannah deserved to stay in the competition.

"I have to look fabulous" — The Circle star Savannah decides to meet Kevin before exiting game

After Kevin and Gianna became the influencers, they debated who they wanted to eliminate. They narrowed their options to Deb, catfishing as Rachel, Heather, catfishing as Andy, and Savannah.

Kevin's only option was to block Rachel because he had no connection with her. Besides, he was also suspicious of her identity. The Circle cast member campaigned for Andy and Savannah since they were some of his strongest allies in the game. Andy was a part of his "bros alliance" alongside Darian, whereas Savannah was his Circle crush.

On the contrary, Gianna campaigned to keep Rachel because they came from the same place, State Island. She was happy to let go of Savannah or Andy, since they tried to backdoor her in the previous episode. After much deliberation, Gianna convinced Kevin to compromise and block his "Circle Wifey" Savannah.

Savannah decided to meet Kevin after the result was announced. Before getting dressed, she said:

"I have to look fabulous which is exactly what I'm gonna do."

When Kevin met Savannah, he explained that Gianna wanted her gone because she did not apologize to her for blocking her in the previous episode. Meanwhile, Savannah warned Kevin about Rachel, revealing her criticism of his genuineness.

Nonetheless, she expressed her disappointment in Kevin and his decision.

"We had an alliance. I thought it was gonna be loyal. I thought I could depend on you," Savannah said.

Kevin immediately regretted his decision to get influenced by Gianna. He realized he lost someone who could benefit his gameplay in the future.
