Love Island USA season 6 is set to return to screens with another episode on Thursday, July 18, 2024. The segment will feature a live video call three couples will receive from their parents. Aaron and Kaylor won the Mr. and Mrs. Right challenge and the phone call. They were allowed to pick two other couples, so they chose Serena and Kordell and Kendall and Nicole.
Though the phone calls are yet to take place, one cast member's parent recently took to social media to share their honest opinions about who their child was dating. In a Facebook post, Kaylor Martin's mother, Kara Kaylor-Stewart, chimed in on Aaron:
"Honestly, I was shocked initially when you selected Aaron for a courtship.. the absence of physical traits/appearance you'd otherwise insist on or MUST HAVE, prior to considering date potential...and even more astounding...his fragile emotional dysfunction, a caveat to verbal outbursts, tantrums, utter disrespect and consistent crying bouts reminiscent of a hormonal teenage boy...sincere concern...just saying!!"

As portrayed on Love Island USA season 6, Aaron and Kaylor's relationship has seen a lot of criticism online as fans have consistently slammed Aaron for his behavior towards Kaylor, often calling him a "gaslighter."
However, it seems like viewers aren't the only ones unhappy with the cast members' connection. Recently, Kaylor's mother, Kara Kaylor-Stewart, took to social media to share "sincere concern" about Aaron's behavior towards her daughter.
"My heart bleeds for you baby girl and wish I could take the pain/hurt you will endure. Kaylor, your a strong advocate for empowering your loved ones, having faith, and trusting one another and most of all... your loyalty to your friends and invested allegiance to do whatever it takes for them to feel joy, experience peace and serenity," she wrote in a Facebook post.
The Love Island USA season 6 cast member's mother added that she was shocked that Kaylor picked Aaron to couple up with and called his actions towards her disrespectful. She further compared him to a "hormonal teenage boy."
In the Facebook post, she asked her daughter to be "thankful for laughter" and the experiences she and the Love Island USA season 6 islander shared. However, she said that his motives were "self-serving" and that his "ingenuity" was blatant and "transparent."
For the unversed, Kaylor and Aaron's relationship went through a rough patch during Casa Amor as the latter formed a connection with Daniela. Fans were shocked to find Aaron telling the bombshell that he loved her, despite previously telling Kaylor that he had trouble expressing his feelings towards her.
Later, the female islanders received videos of their partners' Casa Amor engagement. Kaylor saw Aaron kiss Daniela and broke down crying. Although Aaron didn't bring the bombshell back to the villa to couple up with her, Kaylor chose to stay single in the following recoupling ceremony and slammed Aaron's behavior publically.
However, the conflict was short-lived as Kaylor quickly forgave him but was still hesitant when a social media challenge revealed that there was more to the story. She later asked Aaron about it, and the two got into another argument, and Aaron told her he loved her.
In Love Island USA season 6, episode 30, Aaron asked Kaylor to be his girlfriend through a poem.
"Roses are red, Violets are blue, when you're not around, all I think about is you. Since the start of the show when we're sitting by the fire, I knew you'd be the one that I would deeply admire.
"The way you see the world with them big blue eyes, makes me want to stand next to you forever, by your side. Now time in the villa will shortly be over, my love for you is as sure as a Pennsylvanian clover. Kaylor Dawn Martin, before this experience ends, my question to you is, would you like to be my girlfriend?"
Kaylor said yes, and the two were officially off the market. By winning the Mr. and Mrs. Right challenge in episode 32, the two earned a video call with their parents.
