Big Brother season 26 aired a brand new episode this week on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The segment saw Rubina get eliminated from the running after Makensy won the Power of Veto and evicted her, instead of Cam.

Upon exiting the house, Rubina spoke to the host of the show, Julie Chen Moonves about her experience and showmance with Tucker. The evicted cast member said she hoped there was an "opportunity" for them to connect outside the show.

Rubina, who had been a houseguest since day 1 was unaware that Tucker was watching the show at home. He took to Instagram Live to react to her elimination and her statements about their showmance.

In Big Brother season 26 episode 37, the Thursday Live eviction segment saw Rubina get voted out after Makensy won Power of Veto and saved Cam from elimination.

After leaving the house, Big Brother season 26's contestant Rubina spoke to the host about her CBS journey. Julie Chen Moonves recalled Rubina's pitch to Makensy to keep her in the game and that she would take her to the final 2. Julie asked her if she pitched it to Makensy because she was in power and Rubina replied that she "meant it."

The cast member said she was not afraid of sitting next to a "strong, amazing woman" and she was "all about women empowerment." She revealed that she would have chosen Makensy over Chelsie since they had been in the game together for a long time and felt closer to Makensy.

The Big Brother season 26 host asked about Rubina and Tucker's showmance. Rubina responded that it was easier for her to focus on the game once the cast member was evicted because she didn't have to resist a relationship."

"I just hope that there's an opportunity there at all. I hold no expectations, but it was really cool to meet someone after four long years of not meeting anyone!," Rubina stated.
