"Gaslighting king and queen"— Love Island USA fans criticize Rob and Leah in latest episode

Love Island USA season 6 aired a brand new episode on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. During the segment, fans saw Leah express her feelings to Rob after his partner, Andrea, was eliminated from the show.

For the unversed, Rob and Leah were coupled up before Andrea entered the show as a bombshell, but the female cast members collectively decided to eliminate the bombshell during the latest elimination ceremony.

After the conversation, Rob began wondering whether Leah deliberately voted out Andrea to form a connection with him and discussed the same with several cast members, including Olivia and Kaylor. The two female cast members revealed that Leah wanted to eliminate the bombshell; however, she had told Rob something different.

Fans of the show took to social media to react to the segment. They noted that Rob and Leah were the same. One person wrote on X:

Some Love Island USA season 6 fans defended Leah, noting that the female cast members all voted for Andrea.

Rob talks to Olivia and Kaylor about Leah in Love Island USA season 6 episode 14

In Love Island USA season 6 episode 14, Leah wanted to clear the air with Rob about his partner Andrea's elimination. She told him she said nothing bad about either of them, followed by letting her interest in him be known.

She told the cameras that both she and Rob made mistakes during their time on the show and acknowledged that. She added that she still liked the Love Island USA season 6 cast member and was embarrassed by it.

Rob was conflicted by what she said as she was coupled up with his friend, Connor, and decided to tell him about the conversation. He told him that Leah made it seem like things weren't great between her and Connor. After that, the Peacock reality star sat down with Kaylor and Olivia to talk to them about the female cast member.

He told them that Leah told him she didn't want to eliminate Andrea, and he personally thought she was lying.

"And I didn't really think about this. I never really did cause I just didn't think she was capable of this. But then she said when the decision would be made of, like, Andrea being voted out, she told me she took a backseat. She wanted nothing to do with it," he added.

Rob's revelation left the Love Island USA season 6 female cast members shocked, and Kaylor said Leah was lying about the decision. She added that Leah was "rooting for Andrea" to be voted out.

"I think all of us, you, me, and Serena low-key got played. I think she was very heavily pushing towards Andrea and I know I'm not the only person who thinks it. She was saying that Andrea should go home," Olivia replied.

After the Love Island USA season 6 episode aired, fans took to social media to chime in on the situation and support Leah against Rob.
