The third installment of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On released episodes 6-8 on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The segment saw the original couples reunite and reflect on their trial marriage experiences. In episode 7, The Changeover, Nick was thrilled to have Sandy back, however, his happiness was short-lived. Nick lost calm after discovering Sandy had kissed J.R. twice while living with him.
Nick knew about Sandy and J.R.'s intimate relationship and that the couple had kissed once during their trial marriage. However, he was unaware of their second kiss. Consequently, when he learned about it from J.R.'s girlfriend, Zaina, he was shocked and disappointed.
Later, he confronted Sandy, asking her to reveal the entire truth. When Sandy confirmed the news, Nick asked the female cast member to leave him alone.
"Please don't touch me," he added.
After a while, Nick stormed out of the apartment to compose himself. The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On fans were unimpressed by Nick's emotional outburst. While some said he knew what he was walking into, others deemed his reaction uncalled for.

After Nick discovered that Sandy had not been completely honest with him about her relationship with J.R., he asked her if there was anything she had not told him. When Sandy asked if he was referring to their "second kiss," Nick nodded in agreement. The female cast member defended herself by saying:
"You never directly asked me, like, if anything else happened."
Nick dismissed her explanation, calling it "bullsh*t." At that point, Sandy confessed that she waited to come clean because of how he had reacted to their first kiss.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star lost calm when he discovered Sandy initiated the second kiss, right after she told him about the first one. Watching Nick struggle to process the information, Sandy said:
"We weren't together. We were broken up, and I was in a trial marriage with him."
Nick called Sandy a "liar" and stormed out of the apartment. Later in The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On episode, Nick expressed his frustration before the cameras, wondering if there were other things he did not know about. He felt conflicted and reconsidered his decision to propose to her.
After a while, Nick returned home to tell Sandy that he did not want to be around her and that nothing was left to discuss. He then accused her of being dishonest to him throughout the experiment.
When Sandy revealed that she planned to tell him after filming, Nick said:
"Are you f**king serious?"
