The Voice season 26 aired episode 9 this week on Monday, October 28, 2024. The segment saw the coaches send in their remaining team members in another round of battles. As part of the show's format, the coaches paired up two singers from their teams to perform a duet.
Reba McEntire paired Lauren-Michael Sellers and Creigh Riepe, who performed the Dear Evan Hansen ballad You Will Be Found. They received praise for their performance, and Reba picked Lauren-Michael as the winner.

"Creigh vs Lauren... I don't know who Reba going to pick... Both are great!!" A person wrote.

The Voice season 26 episode 9 — Creigh Riepe and Lauren-Michael Sellers sing You Will Be Found
In The Voice season 26 episode 9, titled The Battles Part 3, Reba McEntire paired Creigh Riepe and Lauren-Michael Sellers to perform You Will Be Found.
The coach praised Creigh's skills ahead of the performance and said his range was "just right." Complimenting Lauren-Micheal's voice, she said it was "good," "emotional," and "round." She stated it had power and that she loved it.
After the performance, the coaches praised both singers. Gwen Stefani said it was a "crazy battle" and didn't know who she would have picked. She said the contestants' voices "complimented each other so well," and they looked like they had "such a vibe" together.
The coach, Micheal Bublé, said they were both worthy of the show's name as they were "incredible" vocalists. He added that they both had things that would sway him either way.
"But on a show called The Voice, both of you have the voice," the coach said.
Snoop Dogg didn't chime in on the contestants' performance much as he didn't want to help Reba McEntire make a decision. Creigh Riepe and Lauren-Michael Sellers' coach, Reba, praised the two singers. About Lauren-Michael, she said that she had a "ferocious ferocity" and determination when she sang.
She told Creigh that he could have been a "Beach Boy." The Voice season 26 coach said he was fun onstage and "so alive," and their performance was "the perfect duet."
Out of the two, Reba McEntire saved Lauren-Michael Sellers and said she liked "everything about her." She added that the women watching the NBC show would "really fall in love" with Lauren-Michael. Since no one of the coaches pressed their steal buzzers for Creigh Riepe, he was eliminated from episode 9.
Fans reacted to the elimination online and were upset to see Creigh Riepe go home.
The Voice season 26 airs episodes weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on NBC.
