Lindsay Hubbard revealed she's expecting her first baby as the Fourth of July celebration wrapped up.

She talked to People about welcoming her first baby in an interview, published on Friday, July 5, saying that the news came as a shock to her and her boyfriend.

"Obviously, it was a surprise and a shock at first because we were not trying or even planning, but we had some honest conversations and it just felt so right for both of us."

The Summer House star, who is in a relationship with a mystery man, said that her beau is excited about it. She mentioned:

"He's just so excited to be a dad and proud to be having a child with me. It just means the world to have someone like him by my side."

In a July 4 Instagram post, The Summer House star shared a series of photos of her growing baby bump and a positive pregnancy test.

The Summer House star first revealed that she was dating "a wonderful man" during the Summer House season 8 reunion. However, she has kept her beau's identity private since. The pregnancy news came to the couple after only a couple of months of dating.

She revealed in her latest interview with People that they began dating in January but that her boyfriend had asked to stay out of the spotlight. Lindsay Hubbard, who is currently filming for season 9 of the hit Bravo show, talked about her baby's father wanting to stay out of the public eye, saying:

"He's a private person, mostly because of his high-powered job. Obviously, I'm a very public [person] and share pretty much every aspect of my life with the world, so I know it's weird. But I need to respect his privacy here."

Lindsay Hubbard, who ended her previous relationship with Summer House co-star Carl Radke in September 2023 just weeks before their wedding, dished on her new boyfriend during her recent interview. While she wants to keep his identity private, the reality TV star is keen on giving everyone a glimpse of their "healthy" relationship, saying:

"He's a really loving man. Sweet and nurturing and understanding... He's highly emotionally intelligent. He's probably one of the smartest guys I've ever met, and really handsome, of course."
